The AirTAC GFR600C20JC2TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/4 Round Gauge is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C20JC2TK is a size 600 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration carries a 3/4 in NPT port, the standard 40 um filter element, a differential-pressure drain, and a round pressure gauge with a psi scale. A reverse/check valve is fitted, and the unit is supplied without a mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). The regulation range for this differential-pressure drain configuration is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of 40 um or 5 um (W) filtration, differential-pressure, automatic (A) or manual (M) drains, embedded square or optional external round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, PT (standard), G or NPT threads, and optional brackets. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding filtered, regulated air to the actuated cylinders and grippers on a carton-forming and sealing line, with the 3/4 in port serving a main drop that supplies several stations.
Supplying the air cylinders that raise diverters and stop gates on a distribution conveyor, keeping water and scale out of the valves while holding a set working pressure.
Conditioning plant air on a laboratory process skid where instruments and pneumatic pumps need clean, moisture-reduced air at a stable, operator-set pressure read locally in psi.
Size 600 with a 3/4 in NPT port is the largest step in the GFR range, so size the unit against the flow your line needs at that port. Choose the drain to match the installation: differential-pressure (this configuration) drains as pressure drops across the element, automatic (A) suits unattended installations, and manual (M) suits periodically attended ones. The standard element is 40 um; specify the W code for 5 um where finer filtration is needed. This unit has a round gauge with a psi scale; embedded square gauges and MPa or bar scales are alternatives. Thread is NPT here, with PT (standard) and G available to order; the J code means no mounting bracket is included. Flow for this family is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR family as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow number. Tell us your application and we will confirm the relevant flow data from the datasheet on request.
In the code GFR600C20JC2TK, C2 specifies the optional external round gauge with a psi scale (the embedded square gauge is the standard alternative), J specifies no mounting bracket, T specifies the NPT thread, and K specifies a fitted reverse/check valve. Square gauges, MPa or bar scales, and bracketed versions are available in the same series.
