The AirTAC GFR600C20JC2WGK AirTAC Filter Regulator G3/4, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C20JC2WGK is an AirTAC GFR600 filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus downstream pressure regulation in a single body, sized for G3/4 (3/4 in) piping. This configuration carries the 5 um filter element (code W) for finer air cleaning than the standard 40 um grade, a differential-pressure drain that bleeds accumulated condensate automatically as flow passes through, a round external pressure gauge reading in psi, and a built-in reverse/check valve that holds downstream pressure if the supply is interrupted. The regulator adjusts from 0.15 to 0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). At size 600 the drain bowl is aluminium alloy, and this unit is supplied without a mounting bracket.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, 40 um or 5 um filtration, square (embedded) or round (external) gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, an optional reverse/check valve, and PT (standard), G or NPT threads. Because AirTAC publishes flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, we confirm the datasheet and flow figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Mounted on the G3/4 distribution line feeding a paint booth, the unit removes water and fine particulate down to 5 um and holds a steady regulated pressure to the spray guns, with the check valve holding the setting if the supply drops.
Installed ahead of the valve manifold on a carton-forming and palletising line, it cleans the plant air to 5 um and regulates the pressure feeding cylinders and grippers along the conveyor system.
Fitted at the machine's air inlet on a machining centre, it filters condensate and swarf-laden plant air to 5 um and regulates the supply to tool-change clamps and pallet clamps, with the psi gauge giving the operator a local reading.
Start with port size: step up from 200 to 600 as your pipe diameter and air demand grow, and match the G3/4 thread of this unit to your supply line (PT is the standard thread; G and NPT are order options). Choose the filter grade for the job: 40 um is the standard element for general plant air, while the 5 um grade fitted here suits finer downstream equipment. Pick the drain to match access and duty: differential-pressure (as fitted) drains with flow, automatic drains whether or not air flows, and manual drain suits supervised installations. Select the gauge scale you want to read - MPa, psi or bar - and decide whether the embedded square gauge or this external round gauge suits your panel. Add the reverse/check valve where held downstream pressure matters, and order a bracket if you want wall or panel fixing rather than line mounting. Flow for this family is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one rated flow number we can quote. Send us your line pressure, downstream demand and allowable pressure drop, and we will confirm the flow figures from the datasheet for this exact model on request.
The W in the code specifies the optional 5 um filter element instead of the 40 um standard grade, for finer cleaning of the air. The C2 in the code specifies the external round gauge with a psi scale instead of the embedded square gauge; MPa and bar scales are also available. Both are decode choices you can vary when ordering.
