The AirTAC GFR600C20JF3T AirTAC Filter Regulator 3/4 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C20JF3T is a 600-size filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and sets downstream pressure in a single body, with no lubricator. This configuration is built with a 3/4 in NPT port, the standard 40 um filter element, a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate automatically as flow passes through, and a round pressure gauge reading in bar. The regulator is the standard type with an adjustment range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi). The 600-size bowl is aluminium alloy, and operating temperature is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR filter-regulator line spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, PT as the standard thread and G or NPT as order options, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, an optional 5 um element, square or round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, an optional reverse/check valve and an optional mounting bracket. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed at the 3/4 in main drop feeding a CNC machining cell, it strips water and chips-scale dirt from the plant supply and holds a steady regulated pressure to the cell's air valves and clamps.
Mounted ahead of a pneumatic press or forming machine, it cleans the incoming compressed air and lets the setter dial in the working pressure the tooling was designed for, with the bar gauge giving a clear local reading.
Placed on a distribution manifold that branches to several workstations, it conditions and regulates the branch supply so each downstream take-off sees clean air at a stable, repeatable pressure.
Start with the port and size step: GFR units come in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, and this 600 size carries the 3/4 in NPT port for higher-flow drops. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your air demand before ordering. Then set the drain: differential-pressure (as fitted here) drains with flow, automatic drains on a cycle regardless of flow, and manual requires operator action - on lines with low or intermittent flow, automatic or manual is usually the safer pick. Filter grade is 40 um standard (this model) or 5 um with the W code if finer filtration is needed. Gauge options are the square or round style with MPa, psi or bar scales - this unit carries a round gauge reading in bar; thread is PT as standard with G and NPT as order options (this model is the NPT version); and a mounting bracket can be ordered where the J code is absent.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a flow figure for this unit. Tell us your line pressure, working pressure and air demand, and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet curves before you order.
The code spells it out: the T suffix orders the NPT thread (PT is the AirTAC standard, with G and NPT as order options), and the C and 3 positions order the round gauge with a bar scale. If you need a square gauge or an MPa or psi scale, those are available as different code options in the same GFR600 size.
