The AirTAC GFR600C20MC2K AirTAC Filter Regulator PT3/4, 3/4 in is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C20MC2K is an AirTAC GFR600 filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus downstream pressure regulation combined in a single size-600 body with a PT3/4 (3/4 in) port. This configuration carries the 40 um standard filter element, a manual drain on the bowl, a round pressure gauge reading in psi, and a reverse/check valve fitted to hold downstream pressure if the supply drops. The size-600 bowl is aluminium alloy, a mounting bracket is included, maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the standard regulator covers 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). The medium is compressed air only.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, a 40 um standard or 5 um (W) filter element, embedded square or external round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed at the 3/4 in drop feeding a packaging line's air main, the GFR600C20MC2K removes water and particulate from the shop supply and lets the line supervisor set a stable regulated pressure for the downstream valves and cylinders. The manual drain is emptied during scheduled shift checks.
Mounted on the bracket ahead of the solenoid valves that drive conveyor diverters, stoppers and gate cylinders, this unit filters the compressed air and regulates it to the pressure the actuator circuit was designed around. The check valve holds the set pressure if the upstream supply dips momentarily.
Fitted on the 3/4 in branch feeding a machine tool's pneumatic clamping and tool-change circuits, the GFR600C20MC2K keeps swarf-laden, wet shop air out of the clamps and holds the regulated pressure the fixture cylinders need. The psi gauge gives the operator a direct reading at the machine.
Start with the port step: size 600 with a PT3/4 port suits larger air mains, while sizes 200 to 400 cover smaller drops - match the size to the flow your line needs. Choose the drain to match how the unit is serviced: manual drain (this model) is emptied by hand, automatic drain handles condensate unattended, and differential-pressure drain is the catalogue default. Pick the filter grade for the air quality the downstream equipment tolerates: 40 um standard element, or 5 um (code W) for finer protection. Select the gauge type and scale (embedded square or external round; MPa, psi or bar), the thread (PT is the standard here; G and NPT are order options), and whether a bracket or a reverse/check valve (K) is required. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM number. Tell us your line pressure, downstream demand and acceptable pressure drop, and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curves on request before you order.
The M in GFR600C20MC2K specifies a manual drain: condensate collected in the aluminium bowl is emptied by hand as part of routine maintenance. The GFR family is also available with automatic drain (code A) for unattended condensate removal, or with the differential-pressure drain that is the catalogue default. Note that the regulator adjustment range depends on the drain type: manual-drain units cover 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), while automatic and differential-pressure drain units cover 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi).
