The AirTAC GFR600C20MF2GK AirTAC Filter Regulator G3/4 40 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C20MF2GK is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure at your setpoint, in one body. This size 600 unit is threaded G3/4 (G/BSPP), carries the 40 um standard filter element, has a manual drain on the bowl, a built-in square gauge scaled in psi, and a reverse/check valve (code K) fitted. At size 600 the bowl is aluminium alloy. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, an optional 5 um element (code W), gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, and G or NPT thread options. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and any datasheet figure against your application before you order.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use conditioning for a CNC machining cell: the unit cleans water and swarf-laden compressed air and holds a steady setpoint to clamps, tool changers and air blow-off circuits on the machine.
Mounted at the drop feeding pneumatic cylinders and grippers on a packaging or bottling conveyor, so pick-and-place strokes see clean air at a consistent regulated pressure through the shift.
Conditioning the air line to spray guns in a paint or coating booth: water and particulate are stripped out and the gun pressure is set and held at the regulator, with the psi gauge read directly at the unit.
Size and port step up together: the 200, 300, 400 and 600 frames cover 1/8 to 1 inch ports, so choose the port that matches your line and let us check the flow curve against your air consumption. Drain: this unit is manual (code M), so the bowl is drained by hand; automatic and differential-pressure drains are available in the family. Filtration is the 40 um standard element - specify code W for the 5 um option when finer capture matters. The square gauge on this unit reads psi; MPa and bar scales and an external round gauge are options. Thread: PT is the AirTAC standard, while G (BSPP) and NPT are order options - this unit is supplied G. A mounting bracket is included. Because flow is published as curves and not a single rating, send us your pressure and consumption figures and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR600 as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your port size, inlet pressure and air consumption, and we will confirm from the datasheet whether this 3/4-inch filter regulator suits your application.
This unit carries code M, a manual drain: the bowl is drained by hand on a schedule you set. The same GFR600 body is also available with an automatic or differential-pressure drain. Note the regulation range differs by drain type: 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) with manual drain, and 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) with automatic or differential-pressure drain.
