The AirTAC GFR600C20MJC2WGK AirTAC Filter Regulator G3/4, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C20MJC2WGK is an AirTAC GFR600 filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure. This configuration is the largest size in the family, with a G3/4 (BSPP) port, 5 um filtration (the fine grade, code W), a manual drain on the bowl, a fitted round pressure gauge reading in psi, and a built-in reverse/check valve that holds downstream pressure when the upstream supply is lost. The 600-size bowl is aluminium alloy, and the unit is supplied without a mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the standard regulator setting range for this manual-drain version is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR filter-regulator family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, and can be ordered with 40 um or 5 um filtration, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, embedded square or external round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, a reverse/check valve, optional brackets, and PT (standard), G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed on a 3/4-inch distribution header feeding a production hall, it filters water and scale out of the plant air and holds a steady regulated pressure for every drop fed from that line. The manual drain is serviced during scheduled rounds, and the check valve keeps the header pressurised through short compressor stoppages.
Mounted ahead of the machine's air inlet, the 5 um grade protects solenoid valves, air bearings and tool-changer cylinders from fine particulate, while the regulator sets the pressure the machine builder specifies. The round psi gauge lets maintenance read the setpoint directly in US units.
Feeding the air cylinders and gripper circuits on a filling or packaging conveyor, it delivers clean, regulated air so clamp and divert positions stay repeatable. The reverse/check valve holds the circuit under pressure during brief supply dips so products in transit are not dropped mid-cycle.
Size and port set the air capacity: the 600 body with its G3/4 port is the largest step in the GFR range, so match it to your main air drop or high-consumption header rather than to a small branch line. This unit is already configured with the choices that matter day to day: 5 um filtration for finer protection of downstream valves, cylinders and instruments; a manual drain, which means an operator opens the drain at intervals instead of relying on an automatic or differential-pressure drain; a round psi gauge for direct reading in US units; and a check valve for pressure retention. If you would rather not schedule manual draining, the same body can be ordered with an automatic drain. Thread is G (BSPP) here; PT is the catalogue standard and NPT is available as an order option, so pick the thread that matches your piping. A mounting bracket can be added on other variants if you need panel or wall fixing.
One honest note on sizing: AirTAC publishes flow for this family as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a flow figure here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the datasheet and check the sizing against your required flow before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR family as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a flow number for this unit. Tell us your application and required flow and we will confirm the figures from the datasheet and check the sizing with you before you order.
The M in the code selects a manual drain: condensate collects in the aluminium bowl and an operator opens the drain at intervals. The same GFR600 body can be ordered with an automatic drain (code A) or the differential-pressure drain that is the family default, so choose manual only where draining can be built into a maintenance routine.
