The AirTAC GFR600C20MJF2WGK AirTAC Filter Regulator G3/4, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C20MJF2WGK is a size-600 filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus downstream pressure regulation in a single body. This configuration carries a G3/4 (BSPP) port, a 5 um filter element for finer dirt and condensate capture than the standard 40 um grade, and a manual drain you operate by hand to empty the bowl. The regulator is the standard type with a 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) adjustment range, an embedded square gauge reading in psi, and a reverse/check valve fitted to hold downstream pressure. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. At size 600 the bowl is aluminium alloy.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 inch, and options that include drain type (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), filter grade (40 um standard, 5 um with W), gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar), thread (PT standard, G and NPT to order) and bracket choice. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding clean, regulated air to the cylinder and valve manifold bank on a carton-forming and sealing machine, where the 5 um element protects directional valves from condensate and fine debris and the check valve holds the circuit pressure if the main supply dips.
Supplying a stable, manually set pressure to the positioner and actuator supply of a plant air branch serving pneumatic control valves, with the square psi gauge giving operators a direct local reading of the set point.
Conditioning the air at a CNC machining cell's air drop, filtering carryover water and swine-scale particulate out of the shop supply and regulating it down for clamps, air blow-off and spindle-air-seal circuits.
Step up through sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 - larger sizes carry larger ports and more flow capacity, so match the size to the air demand of the circuit rather than the pipe alone. On this unit the choices are already fixed: 5 um filtration instead of the 40 um standard, a manual drain instead of automatic or differential-pressure, a square gauge scaled in psi, a G (BSPP) thread instead of PT or NPT, a fitted check valve, and no mounting bracket. If you would prefer automatic draining, a different gauge scale, a coarser or finer element, another thread, or a bracket, the same body is available with those codes. Flow is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure that is not in the datasheet. Tell us your application and required flow, and we will confirm the sizing against the manufacturer's datasheet on request before you order.
This configuration is coded M for a manual drain: the bowl is emptied by hand, which suits installations that are checked as part of a routine. The same body is available with an automatic drain or with the differential-pressure drain as the default option - note that the regulation range differs by drain type, with the manual-drain version adjustable from 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi).
