The AirTAC GFR600C20NTK AirTAC Filter Regulator 3/4 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C20NTK is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure at your setpoint in a single body. This size 600 unit has a 3/4 in NPT port, 40 um standard filtration, and a differential-pressure drain that ejects collected condensate as the pressure differential across the element rises. A reverse (check) valve is fitted, the bowl is aluminium alloy at this size, and a mounting bracket is included. No gauge is fitted, so read the setpoint with your own downstream gauge if needed.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, optional 5 um filtration (code W), automatic or manual drain variants, gauge options and G or NPT thread choices. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing figures from the datasheet for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C2 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Conditioning and regulating the air feed at actuator drops along a trim and assembly line, where clean, moisture-managed air keeps cylinders and clamps cycling to the setpoint the line was built around.
Supplying regulated air to stopper, divert and pusher cylinders on a bottling or packaging conveyor, with the check valve holding the downstream circuit in place if the main supply dips.
Feeding filtered, pressure-controlled air to tool-change cylinders and pneumatic clamps in a machining cell, protecting the valves and actuators from water and particulate carryover.
Size the unit by port and demand: 600 is the largest GFR size, with the 3/4 in NPT port decoded here; step down to 400, 300 or 200 for smaller lines. Drain type is a real choice: differential-pressure (this unit) purges on pressure differential, automatic drains continuously, and manual requires a scheduled twist of the drain. Filtration grade is 40 um standard or 5 um with the W code for finer protection. Gauge options (round or square, MPa, psi or bar scales) exist in the family, but this model is ordered without a gauge. PT is the standard thread; G (BSPP) and NPT are catalogue order options, and this code selects NPT. The bracket is included; a J code omits it on the relevant sizes. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your line pressure, setpoint and downstream demand and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
The N in the code means no gauge is fitted; gauge options with MPa, psi or bar scales are available elsewhere in the GFR family, or you can read the setpoint with your own downstream gauge. The K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted, which holds the downstream pressure if the upstream supply is lost.
