The AirTAC GFR600C25AC1T AirTAC Filter Regulator 1 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C25AC1T is a size 600 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration has a 1 in NPT port, a 40 um standard filter element, an automatic drain that ejects collected condensate without manual attention, and a round pressure gauge with an MPa scale. The standard regulator covers an adjustment range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), with a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and an operating temperature of -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). The size 600 bowl is aluminium alloy, and a mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, thread options PT (standard), G and NPT, drain choices (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), a 5 um element option (code W), gauge and scale options, and a reverse/check valve option. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed at the drop feeding a CNC machining centre's pneumatic clamps and tool-change circuits, it strips water and chips-carried particulate from the shop air and holds a steady regulated pressure so clamping force stays consistent across shifts.
Mounted on the air drop serving a cartoning and case-sealing line, it cleans the compressed air feeding cylinders and vacuum generators and keeps the line pressure at the set point the machine builder specified, with the automatic drain handling condensate through long production runs.
Used at a take-off from a factory compressed-air ring main feeding a work bay, it filters the shared supply before it reaches hand tools and air cylinders downstream and lets maintenance set a fixed, readable bay pressure on the round MPa gauge.
Size 600 with a 1 in NPT port is the largest step in the GFR range, so start there when the line demand is high and step down to 300 or 400 if the flow curves show a smaller size is sufficient - we can check the curves against your application before you order. The automatic drain on this unit suits unattended duty; choose manual drain if you prefer controlled discharge, or the differential-pressure default where drain behaviour should follow the pressure differential. The 40 um element fitted here is the standard grade; specify code W for the 5 um grade where finer filtration is needed. The round MPa gauge is fitted as coded; embedded square gauges and psi or bar scales are alternatives. PT is the standard thread, with G and NPT as order options - this unit is coded NPT. A mounting bracket is included, and a reverse/check valve can be ordered if required.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes G-series flow as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM figure. Send us your line pressure, set pressure and expected air demand, and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curves on request before you order.
The A in the code GFR600C25AC1T means the drain is automatic: collected condensate is discharged without anyone opening the bowl, which suits unattended or hard-to-reach installations. The GFR family is also available with manual drain or with the differential-pressure drain as the default - specify the code you need and we will confirm availability.
