The AirTAC GFR600C25AJC3T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C25AJC3T is a size 600 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration is fitted with a 1 in NPT port, an automatic drain that ejects collected condensate without manual attention, a 40 um standard filter element, and a round pressure gauge reading in bar. The regulator is the standard type with an adjustment range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and maximum working (inlet) pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi). At size 600 the bowl is aluminium alloy, and the unit is rated for -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). This version is supplied without a mounting bracket and without a reverse/check valve.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of PT (standard), G or NPT thread, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um or 5 um (code W) filtration, gauge and scale options, and low-pressure or standard regulator types. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed on a 1 in main line feeding a production hall, the GFR600C25AJC3T cleans the compressed air and holds a set working pressure for the whole downstream distribution ring, while the automatic drain keeps condensate out of the header without daily attention.
Feeding cylinders and pneumatic grippers on a bottling or carton-packing conveyor, the unit filters incoming air to 40 um and regulates it to the pressure the machine builder specifies, with the round bar gauge giving operators a clear local reading.
Mounted at the air inlet of a CNC machining cell or automated workholding panel, the filter regulator protects valves and cylinders from water and debris and lets the setter dial in the clamping or actuation pressure, confirmed on the bar gauge.
Choose the size and port step against the air consumption of the downstream circuit: size 600 with a 1 in port sits at the top of the GFR range for larger supply lines. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering. This unit already carries an automatic drain, a 40 um element and a round bar gauge; the same family can be ordered with a manual or differential-pressure drain, a 5 um element (code W), embedded square or external round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, a low-pressure regulator type, a reverse/check valve, a mounting bracket, and PT (standard), G or NPT threads. Note that the automatic drain pairs with the 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) adjustment range quoted here. If you need a lubricator as well, step up to the GFC two-unit or GC three-unit combination instead.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM number. Send us your line size and air consumption and we will confirm the flow and sizing data from the datasheet on request.
The A in the model code selects the automatic drain, which ejects collected condensate from the aluminium alloy bowl without manual attention. On GFR units with an automatic drain the regulator adjustment range is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi); the wider 0.05-0.9 MPa range applies only to the manual-drain versions.
