The AirTAC GFR600C25ALF1WT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C25ALF1WT is a 600-size filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration is built with a 1 in NPT port, a 5 um filter element (the finer of the two published grades), an automatic drain that expels collected condensate without manual attention, a low-pressure regulator type, an embedded square gauge scaled in MPa, and a mounting bracket. The size-600 bowl is aluminium alloy. Maximum working (inlet) pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, 40 um or 5 um filtration, standard or low-pressure regulation, square or external round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm flow and datasheet figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds a spray-booth air drop where the low-pressure regulator type holds a gentle, stable supply pressure to the gun circuit while the 5 um element keeps particulate out of the finish air.
Installed at the drop feeding conveyor diverters and case-sealer cylinders, filtering condensed water from the header and setting the pressure the actuators were designed for.
Prepares instrument-air supply to a pneumatic valve-actuation skid: the automatic drain handles condensate in an unattended area and the square MPa gauge gives operators a local pressure readout.
Start with the size and port: 600 is the largest published size, and the 1 in NPT port here should match or exceed the air demand of the circuit - step up a size if the run is long or heavily branched. Choose the drain to suit access: automatic (this unit) suits installations that are not checked daily, manual suits attended stations, and the differential-pressure default drains on load. Pick 5 um filtration (this unit) where finer particulate control matters; 40 um is the standard grade. Gauge scale is selectable (MPa, psi or bar), and PT is the standard thread with G and NPT as catalogue options - this unit is ordered in NPT. A bracket is included here.
Flow for this family is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR family as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet on request before you order.
The code carries W, which selects the 5 um grade - the finer of the two published options - for applications that need cleaner air than the 40 um standard. If your circuit does not need fine filtration, the 40 um standard grade is the lower-restriction choice.
