The AirTAC GFR600C25ALF2WG AirTAC Filter Regulator G1 (1 in) is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C25ALF2WG is a filter regulator: a single body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and then regulates downstream pressure. This 600-size unit carries a G1 (1 in, BSPP) port, a 5 um filter element (the W grade, against the 40 um standard), an automatic drain that bleeds condensate from the aluminium alloy bowl without manual attention, and a low-pressure regulator fitted with an embedded square gauge scaled in psi. A mounting bracket is included.
It is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and can be ordered with manual or differential-pressure drains, the 40 um standard element, alternative gauge scales, or PT and NPT threads. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing figures from the datasheet for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

At the 1 in G1 port size, this unit suits the main air drop leaving a compressor room, filtering line water and holding a set pressure for the plant ring main downstream.
Feeds a machining cell's pneumatic clamps and tool-change cylinders with cleaned, regulated air; the 5 um element and automatic drain suit a cell running unattended shifts.
Prepares air for a bottling or packaging line's cylinders and grippers, with the square psi gauge giving operators a local pressure reference at the line drop.
Size the unit by port and expected flow: the 600 body with its G1 (1 in) port is the largest step in the GFR range (200/300/400/600), so step down to a smaller size if your line draws less air. This configuration pairs the 5 um element with an automatic drain; the alternatives are the 40 um standard element and a manual or differential-pressure drain. The regulator is the low-pressure type - ask us to confirm its setting range, which is not published as a single figure. The embedded square gauge reads in psi; MPa and bar scales are options. Thread is G (BSPP) here, with PT and NPT versions available to order, and the mounting bracket is included.
Flow for the GFR series is published as curves, not one rated number, so send us your flow and pressure conditions and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your flow and upstream pressure and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
The A in the code fits an automatic drain, which expels collected condensate from the aluminium alloy bowl without operator attention - useful on unattended lines. The same 600 body can be ordered with a manual or differential-pressure drain, and with the 40 um standard element instead of this 5 um grade.
