The AirTAC GFR600C25ALJC2WK AirTAC Filter Regulator PT1 1 in is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C25ALJC2WK is a size 600 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and reduces pressure to the working level, in a single body. This configuration is built on a PT1 (1 in) PT-threaded port, filters to 5 um (the fine grade; 40 um is the standard element), and carries an automatic drain that expels collected condensate from the aluminium alloy bowl without anyone opening it. The regulator is the low-pressure type, and the unit is fitted with an external round gauge reading in psi plus a reverse/check valve. Maximum working (inlet) pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with port sizes from 1/8 in up to 1 in, a choice of drain type, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge style and scale, thread option (PT standard, G and NPT to order) and bracket or no-bracket mounting. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and flow data for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use conditioning for a welding cell: water and weld-spatter-carrying particles are stripped from the plant air line and pressure is held steady for clamps, fixtures and actuated tooling on the cell manifold.
Filtered, regulated air for the air cylinders that stop, divert and index bottles on a bottling or canning conveyor, with the automatic drain keeping condensate out of the valve stack during long wet-weather runs.
Supplying pneumatic butterfly and ball valve actuators at a water treatment plant, where the 5 um element protects the positioner and the low-pressure regulator holds the actuator's required pressure band.
Start with the port and size step: size 600 with a PT1 (1 in) port is the largest step in the GFR range, chosen when the air demand at the point of use is high; smaller sizes (200/300/400) step down through 1/8 in to 3/4 in. Drain type is a real choice: automatic (this unit) drains condensate by itself, manual requires periodic draining, and differential-pressure is the default. Filtration is 40 um standard or 5 um (code W) where finer particle removal is needed - this unit is 5 um. Gauge options are the embedded square gauge or an external round gauge, with MPa, psi or bar scales (this unit: round, psi). Thread is PT as standard; G (BSPP) and NPT are catalogue options to order. Brackets are optional - this configuration has no bracket.
One honest note on sizing: flow for the GFR series is published as curves, not as a single rated number, and the exact regulation range of the low-pressure type is not published on our sheet. Ask us to confirm flow and regulator figures against your application before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a l/min, m3/h or SCFM number. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow data from the datasheet so you can size the unit against your demand before ordering.
The A in the code means the aluminium alloy bowl is fitted with an automatic drain: collected condensate is expelled on its own, so nobody has to open the bowl on a schedule. Manual drain is the choice where you prefer controlled, periodic draining; differential-pressure drain is the catalogue default. This unit is automatic.
