The AirTAC GR200-06 AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator, NPT1/8 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1/8" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The AirTAC GR200-06 is an air pressure regulator in the 200 size with a 1/8 in NPT port. It reduces and holds downstream pressure anywhere in the 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) adjustment range, with a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi). This configuration carries a round external gauge reading in psi and a reverse/check valve, and omits the mounting bracket - the GR body is also panel-mountable. GR runs on compressed air from -20 to 70 C, a wider temperature window than the rest of the G family.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR series spans 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, in PT (standard), G or NPT thread, with or without bracket, gauge and check valve, plus a low-pressure type limited to 0.4 MPa. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 06 | Port size PT1/8". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set and hold a repeatable clamp pressure on workholding fixtures, with the psi gauge giving the operator a direct readout at the machine and the check valve holding the setting against upstream dips.
Regulate supply pressure to carton-forming and sealing cylinders on a packaging line, keeping actuator forces consistent across shifts without touching the main air supply.
Dial in atomizing air at a spray-paint booth manifold, where a fine low-end adjustment range and a clear psi gauge matter more than raw flow.
Start with size: the 200/300/400/600 step sets the port and the flow band, so match the size to the air your actuator or line actually consumes - we can check the published flow curves against your demand before you order. Then set the options: gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar) and round external vs embedded square gauge; PT thread as standard with G and NPT as order options; bracket included unless the J code is specified; and the K reverse/check valve where backflow protection is needed. A low-pressure L type is available where the set pressure stays at or below 0.4 MPa.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so there is no one l/min or SCFM number we can honestly quote. Send us your inlet pressure, set pressure and expected air consumption, and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet curves before you order.
C is the round external pressure gauge and 2 is its scale in psi. You can order the same regulator with an embedded square gauge or with MPa or bar scales instead; the N code deletes the gauge entirely if you mount your own.
