The AirTAC GR200-08 AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator, NPT1/4 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1/4" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The AirTAC GR200-08 is a compressed-air pressure regulator in the GR200 size, with a 1/4 in NPT port. It holds a stable downstream pressure set anywhere in its 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) adjustment range, protecting downstream valves, cylinders and tools from supply-pressure swings. This configuration is fitted with a round external pressure gauge reading in bar, and the standard type carries a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi). Operating temperature is -20 to 70 C, wider than the rest of the G-series, and a mounting bracket is included; the GR size 200 is also panel-mountable.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of PT, G or NPT thread, optional low-pressure type (up to 0.4 MPa), gauge scale in MPa, psi or bar, and an optional reverse/check valve. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us and we will confirm the sizing data from the datasheet for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| 08 | Port size PT1/4". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set a stable, reduced pressure feeding a bank of directional control valves on an automation line, so solenoid valves and actuators see consistent supply regardless of header-pressure fluctuation.
Regulate the air to a bench-mounted pneumatic press or clamping fixture so the clamping force stays repeatable, with the bar-scale gauge giving the operator a direct reading of the set pressure.
Feed air nozzles and blow-off jets on a packaging conveyor through the regulator, holding a fixed gentle pressure for label smoothing or product positioning without disturbing lightweight items.
Start with the port and size step: GR200 with a 1/4 in port suits lighter branch lines, while GR300/400/600 step up in port and flow capacity - match the step to the air demand of the circuit rather than oversizing on guesswork. Choose the gauge scale you want to read (MPa, psi or bar) and whether you prefer the embedded square gauge or the external round gauge fitted here. Select the thread to match your piping: PT is the standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options - this unit is NPT. A low-pressure type (L) is available when the set point must stay at or below 0.4 MPa, and a reverse/check valve (K) can be specified when you need to hold downstream pressure on supply loss. A bracket is included as standard; J deletes it. Because GR flow is published as curves and not a single rating, send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm the correct size against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR regulator flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a l/min, m3/h or SCFM number on the page. Tell us your line pressure, set pressure and required air consumption, and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
This configuration (code position C3) is fitted with an external round pressure gauge reading in bar. The GR family also offers MPa and psi scales, and the embedded square gauge as an alternative - specify the scale you want when ordering, since the gauge is a decodable option in the model code.
