The AirTAC GR20006C1T AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator, NPT1/8 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1/8" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR20006C1T is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator: it does one job, holding your downstream pressure steady at the setting you choose, and it contains no filter, bowl or lubricator. This unit is the size 200 frame with a 1/8 in NPT port (the T in the code), the standard regulation type with a 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) setting range, and a round external pressure gauge scaled in MPa. A mounting bracket is included, and the GR body is also panel-mountable. Maximum working (inlet) pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the GR series carries the widest temperature envelope in the G family: -20 to 70 C.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, optional G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard, a low-pressure type limited to 0.4 MPa, embedded square or external round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, and a reverse/check valve option. Flow figures for this series are published as curves rather than a single rated number, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| 06 | Port size PT1/8". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

On a fixture-clamping press, the regulator holds the clamping cylinders at a set pressure below full line pressure so parts are held firmly without over-clamping. The 1/8 in NPT port fits the compact drop from the main manifold to a single clamp station.
On a carton-forming or bagging line, individual actuator branches are fed through their own regulator so sealing, folding and pusher cylinders each run at the pressure the mechanism was set up for, independent of the main header.
At a laboratory or test bench fed from a shop-air drop, the regulator gives a stable, repeatable pressure to hand tools, small actuators or test fixtures, with the round MPa gauge giving a clear local reading at the point of use.
Start with the port step: size 200 with a 1/8 in NPT port suits the smallest branch lines and individual cylinder feeds; step up to GR300/400/600 when the line diameter and demand grow. Set the working pressure inside the 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) range, or specify the L low-pressure type if the circuit must never exceed 0.4 MPa. Choose the gauge to match your plant convention: embedded square or external round, in MPa, psi or bar. Thread is PT as standard; G (BSPP) and NPT are orderable options, and this code selects NPT. A bracket is included by default (J deletes it), and K adds a reverse/check valve if backflow protection is needed. Because flow is published as curves rather than one rated figure, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR-series performance as flow curves rather than a single rated flow number, so there is no one Cv, l/min or SCFM figure we can quote. Send us your line size and demand and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
In the gauge position, C is an external round gauge and the scale digit sets the units: 1 = MPa, 2 = psi, 3 = bar, so C1 here is a round gauge scaled in MPa (an embedded square gauge is the standard alternative). On thread, the trailing T selects NPT; the PT standard and G (BSPP) are the other orderable options.
