The AirTAC GR20006F3TK AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator, NPT1/8 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1/8" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR20006F3TK is a genuine AirTAC GR200 series air pressure regulator for compressed air, built purely for pressure regulation: it contains no filter, no bowl and no lubricator. This configuration is decoded from the model code as the GR200 size with a 1/8 in NPT thread, a standard (non low-pressure) regulator with an adjustment range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi), an embedded square gauge scaled in bar (an external round gauge is available as an option), a built-in reverse/check valve (code K), and the mounting bracket included - the GR series is also panel-mountable. Its operating temperature range is -20 to 70 C (non-freezing), wider than the rest of the G family.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR series is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, in PT (standard), G (BSPP) or NPT thread, with gauge, scale, reverse-valve and bracket options to suit the installation. Flow is published by AirTAC as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm the datasheet and flow figures for your application on request.

| Pressure type | Standard type |

| Fluid | Compressed air |
|---|---|
| Max. working pressure | 1.0 MPa (145 psi) |
| Temperature range | -20 to +70 °C |
| Pressure gauge | Fitted — square, bar scale |
| Reflux valve | Fitted (reverse flow permitted) |
| Mounting | Panel mounting; optional fixing bracket |
Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR200 | G-series pressure regulator, 200 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 06 | Port size PT1/8". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set and hold a stable downstream pressure feeding a clamping cylinder on a small pneumatic press, with the check valve helping hold the set pressure against upstream fluctuation.
Regulate the supply pressure to diverters and pusher cylinders on a packaging conveyor line, using the bar-scaled square gauge for a clear local setpoint reading.
Trim the operating pressure to a compact gripper or pick-and-place actuator on an assembly cell, where the 1/8 in NPT port suits tight manifold connections.
Start with the port step: this unit is the GR200 size with a 1/8 in NPT thread; if your line needs more flow capacity, step up to GR300/GR400/GR600 with the matching port. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering. Then settle the decodable choices: gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar - this unit ships with the square gauge in bar), thread (PT is the standard, G and NPT are order options such as this NPT version), the reverse/check valve (fitted here, code K), and the bracket (included on this unit; the GR can also be panel-mounted). A low-pressure type (code L, up to 0.4 MPa) exists if your circuit cannot tolerate the standard range.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes regulator flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a flow number for this unit. Tell us your line pressure, set pressure and expected air demand and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
The F3 in the code means an embedded square gauge scaled in bar is fitted (MPa and psi scales are available as alternatives, and an external round gauge is optional). The K means a reverse/check valve is fitted, and the trailing T means the 1/8 in port is NPT thread - PT is the standard thread and G (BSPP) can be ordered instead.
