The AirTAC GR20006JF2GK AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator G1/8 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1/8" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR20006JF2GK is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator: it does one job, holding downstream pressure steady at the value you set, and it carries no filter, no bowl and no lubricator. This 200-size unit is decoded with a G1/8 (1/8 in) port in G (BSPP) thread, the standard regulation range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), an embedded square gauge scaled in psi, and a reverse/check valve (code K) fitted. The J code means it comes without a mounting bracket; as a GR unit it is also panel-mountable.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family spans the 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with a choice of port, thread (PT standard, G or NPT to order), gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar), a low-pressure type limited to 0.4 MPa, and an optional reverse/check valve. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm the datasheet and sizing figures on request.

| Pressure type | Standard type |
| Bracket | Supplied without bracket |
| Fluid | Compressed air |
|---|---|
| Max. working pressure | 1.0 MPa (145 psi) |
| Temperature range | -20 to +70 °C |
| Pressure gauge | Fitted — square, psi scale |
| Reflux valve | Fitted (reverse flow permitted) |
| Mounting | Panel mounting; optional fixing bracket |
Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR200 | G-series pressure regulator, 200 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 06 | Port size PT1/8". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| G | G (BSPP) thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set a stable supply pressure to a bank of solenoid valves and process actuators, with the psi square gauge giving a direct readout of the setpoint and the check valve holding the setting against upstream dips.
Regulate the air feeding clamping cylinders on a machining fixture so workholding force stays consistent from cycle to cycle, with the 1/8 in port suiting compact point-of-use drops.
Feed sealing jaws and small packaging cylinders at a fixed pressure on a packaging line, using the reverse/check valve to prevent backflow through the regulator when the machine vents.
Start with the port size: the GR family steps through 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and the right step depends on the air demand of the circuit downstream. For this unit the choice is already fixed at G1/8 in G thread; PT is the standard thread and G or NPT are order options if your pipework needs them. Decide the gauge scale you want to read (MPa, psi or bar - this unit carries the square gauge in psi) and whether a reverse/check valve is wanted, which here is fitted. A low-pressure type (code L, up to 0.4 MPa) exists if your setpoint sits below the standard range. Because flow is published as curves and not as a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes regulator flow as curves, not as a single rated number, so there is no one flow figure we can honestly quote for this 200-size unit. Send us your application's air demand and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curves on request before you order.
K means a reverse/check valve is fitted, and F2 means the embedded square gauge is scaled in psi. Both are decodable order choices across the GR family: the check valve can be omitted, the gauge can be had in MPa or bar scales or left out entirely (code N), and a low-pressure type (L) is available for setpoints up to 0.4 MPa.
