The AirTAC GR20006LF3TK AirTAC Low-Pressure Regulator, NPT1/8 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi) with PT1/8" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR20006LF3TK is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator: it does one job, holding a stable downstream pressure from a compressed-air supply. This is the low-pressure type (code L), with an adjustment range up to 0.4 MPa, in the compact size 200 body with a 1/8 in NPT port. The square gauge fitted to the body reads in bar, a reverse/check valve (code K) is fitted, and a mounting bracket is included; the GR body is also panel-mountable.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family spans sizes 200 to 600 with a choice of ports and thread options, standard or low-pressure regulation, gauge or no gauge, and an optional reverse/check valve. We confirm flow and datasheet figures on request, because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating.

| Series | GR200 pressure regulator |
| Port size | PT1/8" (NPT thread) |
| Regulating range | 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi) |
| Pressure type | Low-pressure type |
| Bracket | Fixing bracket included |
| Fluid | Compressed air |
|---|---|
| Max. working pressure | 1.0 MPa (145 psi) |
| Temperature range | -20 to +70 °C |
| Pressure gauge | Fitted — square, bar scale |
| Reflux valve | Fitted (reverse flow permitted) |
| Mounting | Panel mounting; optional fixing bracket |
Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR200 | G-series pressure regulator, 200 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 06 | Port size PT1/8". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| L | Low-pressure type — 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Sets a gentle, stable holding pressure for pneumatic clamps that must not crush delicate cartons or trays, with the bar gauge giving the operator a direct setpoint readout.
Drops the branch line to a low, repeatable pressure for air knives, blow-off nozzles or low-pressure applicators, while the check valve holds the setting against backflow.
Provides fine low-pressure regulation for bench-top pneumatic fixtures and test rigs, panel- or bracket-mounted, where setpoints stay within the 0.4 MPa low-pressure envelope.
Choose the size and port step (200 through 600) against the air demand of the circuit; the 200 size with a 1/8 in port suits compact, low-consumption branches. This unit is the low-pressure type, so select it where the setpoint must stay at or below 0.4 MPa; the standard GR type covers higher setpoints. Gauge scale is your choice (MPa, psi or bar) - this configuration carries the square gauge in bar. Thread is NPT here; PT is the standard and G (BSPP) is also an order option. A bracket is included and the GR can also be panel-mounted. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
We do not quote a single rated flow figure for this regulator, because AirTAC publishes GR flow as performance curves rather than one number. Send us your line pressure, setpoint and expected air demand, and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
The L code means this unit is built for low setpoints, with an adjustment range up to 0.4 MPa, instead of the standard GR range. It still takes up to 1.0 MPa (145 psi) at the inlet and works from -20 to 70 C, so it suits circuits that need a gentle, stable downstream pressure rather than full-line regulation.
