The AirTAC GR20006LJC2 AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator PT1/8 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi) with PT1/8" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR20006LJC2 is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator: it does one job, holding a stable downstream pressure from a compressed-air supply. This is the low-pressure (L) type of the compact GR200 size, adjusted up to 0.4 MPa, with PT1/8 (1/8 in) ports in standard PT thread. It carries no filter, no bowl and no drain - regulation only. This configuration is fitted with an external round pressure gauge reading in psi, and is supplied without a mounting bracket; the GR body is also panel-mountable. Maximum working (inlet) pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the GR series operates across -20 to 70 C, a wider temperature window than the rest of the G family.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR line is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, in standard or low-pressure types, with or without a gauge (square embedded or external round, in MPa, psi or bar scales), with or without a bracket, and with an optional reverse/check valve. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| 06 | Port size PT1/8". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| L | Low-pressure type — 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

On a packaging or assembly line where a dispensing head needs a gentle, steady air supply, this low-pressure GR200 regulator holds the setpoint below 0.4 MPa at a compact 1/8 in take-off point.
Laboratory and pilot-scale pneumatic test benches running at reduced pressure use this regulator to trim the supply down from the shop-air header, with the round psi gauge giving a direct local reading.
Positioners and pilot-operated process valves need a clean, stable low-pressure air signal; this unit sits at the 1/8 in pilot take-off and holds the pilot pressure steady as main-line pressure wanders.
Start with the port step: this unit is GR200 with PT1/8 (1/8 in) ports; larger GR sizes (300/400/600) step up to 1/4 in through 1 in, and the right size depends on the air demand of the circuit - we can check that against the published flow curves. This is the low-pressure (L) type, adjusted up to 0.4 MPa; if your setpoint sits above that, the standard GR type covers 0.05-0.9 MPa. The gauge here is an external round gauge scaled in psi; MPa and bar scales are also available, and an embedded square gauge is the alternative fitting. Thread is standard PT; G (BSPP) and NPT are catalogue options to order. This unit has no bracket (J) but is panel-mountable, and a reverse/check valve can be specified if backflow protection is needed. Because flow is published as curves, not a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR-series flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM number. Send us your application's air demand and setpoint and we will confirm the sizing and the relevant datasheet figures on request.
The L in GR20006LJC2 marks the low-pressure regulator type, whose adjustment range goes up to 0.4 MPa - suited to circuits that must never see full line pressure. If your setpoint needs to go higher, the standard GR type adjusts from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa; we can quote that variant in the same size and port.
