The AirTAC GR20006LJF2 AirTAC Low-Pressure Regulator, PT1/8 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi) with PT1/8" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR20006LJF2 is an AirTAC GR200 low-pressure air pressure regulator for compressed air only. It regulates downstream pressure with a setting range of up to 0.4 MPa, which suits circuits that must never see full line pressure. This configuration has PT1/8 (1/8 in) ports with PT thread as the standard, a square gauge fitted with a psi scale, no mounting bracket, and no reverse/check valve. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -20 to 70 C, wider than the rest of the G family. As a regulator, it carries no filter, no bowl and no drain.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR series is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 in, in standard or low-pressure types, with or without a bracket, and with square or round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR200 | G-series pressure regulator, 200 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 06 | Port size PT1/8". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| L | Low-pressure type — 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set a stable, reduced pilot pressure on a machine's valve-actuation line, keeping solenoid or air-pilot valves within their rated pressure instead of feeding them full line pressure.
Give test benches and lab air drops an independent low-pressure setting at a 1/8 in take-off, so instruments, cylinders and small fixtures run at a controlled pressure separate from the shop main.
Feed sealing bars, hold-downs and low-pressure clamps on packaging machinery from a dedicated regulator, protecting those actuators from the higher pressure used elsewhere on the same machine.
Start with the port step: this unit is size 200 with PT1/8 ports, the smallest in the GR range; step up through 300, 400 and 600 when the circuit needs larger ports. Choose the low-pressure type (L) only when the downstream setting must stay at or below 0.4 MPa; the standard GR type covers 0.05 to 0.9 MPa. Pick the gauge scale you want to read - MPa, psi or bar - and note that an external round gauge is available as an option to the embedded square gauge. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT available as order options. A bracket is optional (this code omits it) and GR is also panel-mountable. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR-series flow as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow data from the datasheet and check the sizing for you on request.
The L in the code marks the low-pressure type: its setting range is up to 0.4 MPa, for circuits that must be regulated below that level. If your downstream setting needs to go higher, the standard GR type covers 0.05 to 0.9 MPa - ask us for that variant.
