The AirTAC GR20008F2GK AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator, G1/4 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1/4" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR20008F2GK is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator: it does one job, holding your downstream pressure steady as upstream supply and air demand fluctuate. This 200-size unit is set up with a G1/4 (BSPP) thread, the standard regulation range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi). The F2 code brings the embedded square pressure gauge scaled in psi (round external gauges in MPa, psi or bar are available), and the K code means a reverse/check valve is fitted so downstream pressure is held if the supply line is vented. Because it is a GR, there is no filter, no drain bowl and no lubricator in this unit - regulation only. It operates in temperatures from -20 to 70 C, the widest range in the G family.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR line spans four sizes (200/300/400/600) with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, a low-pressure type (L) limited to 0.4 MPa, gauge and scale choices, an optional reverse/check valve, and PT as the standard thread with G and NPT as order options. GR regulators are also panel-mountable, and a mounting bracket is included with this configuration. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures against your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 08 | Port size PT1/4". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| G | G (BSPP) thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set and hold a stable clamping pressure for air-actuated hold-down cylinders on a metal-stamping cell, independent of swings in the shop air header.
Feed the grip and lift cylinders on a packaging conveyor line with a fixed, repeatable pressure so vacuum cups and grippers act consistently across shifts.
Regulate the air feeding tool-holder clamping and chip-clearing blasts on a CNC machining center, protecting the actuation circuit from supply surges.
Start with the size and port: 200/300/400/600 step up in port and flow capacity, so match the size to the air demand of the circuit rather than to the pipe alone - this unit is the 200 size with a G1/4 thread. Then fix the regulation window: the standard GR covers 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi); if your setpoint never exceeds 0.4 MPa, the low-pressure L type is the tighter choice. Choose the gauge scale you want to read - this code carries a square gauge in psi, with MPa and bar scales and an external round gauge as alternatives. Decide on the reverse/check valve (K fits one here), the thread (PT is standard; G and NPT are ordered options), and whether you need the included bracket or panel mounting. Because flow is published as curves and not as a single rated number, send us your flow and pressure conditions and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR regulator flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one rated-flow number we can honestly quote. Tell us your inlet pressure, setpoint and required flow, and we will confirm the figures from the datasheet against your application before you order.
F2 specifies the embedded square pressure gauge scaled in psi. If you prefer to read bar or MPa, those scales are available, and an external round gauge is an alternative to the standard embedded square gauge - just ask and we will quote the right code.
