The AirTAC GR20008JC2G AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator, G1/4 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1/4" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR20008JC2G is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator for compressed air only. It does one job: hold a steady downstream pressure that you set, independent of swings in supply pressure. This unit is the GR200 size with a G1/4 (BSPP) female port, the standard regulation range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and a round pressure gauge reading in psi fitted so you can see and dial in the setpoint. It carries the J code, so no mounting bracket is included; the GR body is also panel-mountable, so it can be fixed to a machine frame or a control panel without a bracket.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family runs from GR200 through GR600, so you can step up port size and flow capacity as your air demand grows, with thread options in PT (standard), G and NPT, an optional low-pressure type (code L) limited to 0.4 MPa, and gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so send us your application details and we will confirm the sizing and datasheet figures on request.

| Max. working pressure | 1.0 MPa (145 psi) |

| Mounting | Panel mounting; optional fixing bracket |
Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR200 | G-series pressure regulator, 200 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 08 | Port size PT1/4". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| G | G (BSPP) thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set a stable downstream pressure feeding the pneumatic cylinders on a carton-sealing or case-packing machine, so jaw and pusher strokes stay consistent through the shift.
Regulate the air to diverters and stopper gates on a bottling or canning conveyor, holding a fixed setpoint so gate timing does not drift as the compressor cycles.
Feed grippers, clamps and small actuators on a laboratory automation rig at a controlled pressure set from the round psi gauge, keeping delicate handling repeatable.
Pick the GR size by the port and the air demand of the circuit: GR200 covers 1/8" to 1/4" ports, and GR300/400/600 step up to 3/8", 1/2", 3/4" and 1" for larger flows. Set the downstream pressure anywhere in the 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) range on the standard type; if your whole circuit runs below 0.4 MPa, the low-pressure L type gives finer control in that band. Choose the gauge scale you want to read (MPa, psi or bar) and the thread you need: PT is the standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT available as order options. Bracket code J means no bracket is supplied, which suits panel or frame mounting; leave the code off if you want the bracket included. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm the sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes regulator flow as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a l/min, m3/h or SCFM figure. Send us your line pressure, set pressure and the air demand of the circuit, and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
The J code in GR20008JC2G means no bracket is included. The GR body is panel-mountable, so it can be screwed directly to a panel or machine frame; if you prefer a surface bracket, order the version without the J code.
