The AirTAC GR20008JF2 AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator PT1/4 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1/4" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The AirTAC GR20008JF2 is a pure air pressure regulator: it reduces and holds a stable downstream pressure from your compressed-air supply, with no filtration and no lubrication in this body. This 200-size unit is specified with PT1/4 (1/4 in) ports, the standard regulator type with an adjustment range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and an embedded square pressure gauge scaled in psi (an external round gauge on MPa, psi or bar scales is available as an option). It is supplied without a mounting bracket, and GR bodies can also be panel-mounted. The GR family carries no bowl, so there is no drain to configure.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR series spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, thread options PT (standard), G (BSPP) and NPT, a low-pressure type (L) limited to 0.4 MPa, and gauge or bracket choices to suit the installation. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -20 to 70 C. Rated flow is published as curves rather than a single figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| 08 | Port size PT1/4". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |

| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set and hold the cylinder working pressure on a bench or C-frame pneumatic press, so the forming or staking force stays repeatable from cycle to cycle while the square psi gauge gives the operator a direct reading.
Regulate the supply branch feeding sealing jaws, vacuum generators and pick-and-place cylinders on a packaging line, keeping actuator speeds consistent as the header pressure fluctuates during shift start-ups.
Trim the pressure to a robot gripper or clamping fixture in an assembly cell, protecting delicate parts from over-clamping while the regulator holds the set point through the full duty cycle.
Size the GR by the port step against the air demand of the circuit: 200 with PT1/4 here, stepping up through 300, 400 and 600 for larger ports and higher flow. The standard type covers 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi); if the circuit must run at 0.4 MPa or below, the low-pressure L type is the alternative. Choose the gauge scale that matches your practice - MPa, psi or bar - and note that this code specifies the embedded square gauge in psi. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT available as order options; the J suffix means no bracket, though GR also panel-mounts. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR flow as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a l/min, m3/h or SCFM number. Tell us your inlet pressure, set pressure and required flow, and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet curves on request before you order.
The F2 code in GR20008JF2 specifies the embedded square gauge scaled in psi. If your plant reads in MPa or bar, the same regulator can be ordered with a different gauge scale, or with the optional external round gauge - just ask and we will decode the correct ordering code with you.
