The AirTAC GR20008JF2K AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator PT1/4 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1/4" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR20008JF2K is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator: it does one job, holding your downstream pressure steady at the setting you choose. This 200-size unit has a PT1/4 (1/4 in) port with PT thread as standard, a standard regulation range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi). The code JF2K tells you exactly what is fitted: J means no mounting bracket (the GR body is also panel-mountable), F means the embedded square pressure gauge is included reading in psi (external round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales are available), and K means a reverse/check valve is fitted so downstream pressure is held if the upstream supply drops. GR regulators operate from -20 to 70 C, a wider temperature window than the rest of the G family. As a regulator, this unit has no filter, no bowl and no drain.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family spans 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, so you can step up within the same family as your air demand grows. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so send us your application details and we will confirm the sizing and datasheet figures for you before you order.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 08 | Port size PT1/4". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set and hold a stable working pressure for a bench-mounted pneumatic press or clamping fixture, with the check valve holding the setting if shop air dips mid-cycle.
Regulate the supply to pick-and-place and sealing cylinders on a packaging conveyor, keeping actuator speeds consistent from shift to shift.
Feed a robotic gripper or small automation cell at a fixed, repeatable pressure, with the psi square gauge giving operators a direct local readout.
Pick the GR size by the air your circuit actually uses: the 200 size here carries a 1/4 in PT port, and the 300/400/600 steps give larger ports for higher demand - we will check the published flow curves against your application on request. This unit is the standard type; a low-pressure version (code L, up to 0.4 MPa) exists if your line runs below the standard range. Your gauge choices are the embedded square gauge fitted here (psi scale, code 2) or an external round gauge in MPa, psi or bar. Thread is PT as standard; G (BSPP) and NPT are catalogue options to order. The K in your code means the reverse/check valve is fitted - omit it if you do not need back-holding. Bracket options: this configuration has none (J), and the GR is panel-mountable. One honest note: because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR-series flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a l/min, m3/h or SCFM number. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow data from the datasheet and check the sizing for you before you order.
J means no mounting bracket is supplied (the GR body is also panel-mountable), F means the embedded square gauge is included, 2 means that gauge reads in psi, and K means a reverse/check valve is fitted to hold downstream pressure if the upstream supply is lost.
