The AirTAC GR20008JF3T AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator NPT1/4 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1/4" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR20008JF3T is an AirTAC GR200 air pressure regulator for compressed air, built purely for downstream pressure regulation - it contains no filter, no bowl and no lubricator. This configuration has a 1/4 in NPT port, a standard adjustment range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) against a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and operates from -20 to 70 C, a wider temperature window than the rest of the G-series. An embedded square gauge with a bar scale is fitted so the set pressure is always visible, and the unit is panel-mountable as well as inline.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 in, and options include G or NPT thread, a low-pressure type limited to 0.4 MPa, a reverse/check valve, alternate gauge scales (MPa, psi or bar) and a mounting bracket. Because AirTAC publishes flow only as curves rather than a single rated figure, we confirm flow and datasheet figures on request before you order.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 08 | Port size PT1/4". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set a stable, reduced pressure for the pneumatic clamps and vises on a CNC machining centre, with the bar-scale square gauge giving the operator a clear reading at the machine.
Feed carton sealers and case-packing cylinders on a packaging conveyor at a fixed, repeatable pressure so actuation behaviour stays consistent across shifts.
Regulate bench air feeding lab apparatus and test rigs, where the -20 to 70 C operating window and fine 0.05-0.9 MPa adjustment suit sensitive downstream equipment.
Start with the port step: the GR200 in 1/4 in is the smallest of the four GR sizes (200/300/400/600), so step up to GR300, GR400 or GR600 if the line's air demand is high - ask us to confirm sizing against the published flow curves, since AirTAC gives flow as curves rather than one rated number. Then set the adjustment range: this standard type covers 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi); if your circuit never exceeds 0.4 MPa, the L low-pressure type is the finer-control choice. Decide the gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar - this unit ships with bar), whether you want the optional reverse/check valve (K), and the thread: PT is the AirTAC standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as orderable options such as the NPT version here. A mounting bracket is optional on GR, which is also panel-mountable.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes regulator flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a flow number for this unit. Tell us your line's air demand and operating pressure and we will confirm the correct GR size against the datasheet flow curves on request before you order.
The J code in GR20008JF3T means the mounting bracket is omitted from this configuration. GR regulators are panel-mountable as well as inline, so you can panel-mount this unit directly, or order a bracket variant if you prefer standalone mounting.
