The AirTAC GR20008LC3T AirTAC Low-Pressure Regulator, NPT1/4 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi) with PT1/4" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR20008LC3T is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator: its only job is to hold a steady, reduced downstream pressure from your compressed-air supply. This is the low-pressure type, so it regulates up to 0.4 MPa, and it is built in the compact size 200 body with a 1/4 in NPT port. A round pressure gauge with a bar scale is fitted so you can read and dial in the setpoint directly, and the maximum inlet pressure the unit accepts is 1.0 MPa (145 psi).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, standard or low-pressure regulation, embedded square or external round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, an optional reverse/check valve, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow for GR regulators is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR200 | G-series pressure regulator, 200 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 08 | Port size PT1/4". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| L | Low-pressure type — 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set a gentle, stable low pressure feeding spray guns on a finishing line, where the low-pressure regulation range up to 0.4 MPa matches typical atomising setpoints and the bar gauge makes the setting easy to read.
Feed soft-grip or delicate-part clamping cylinders on a machining fixture, holding a reduced setpoint so parts are secured without crushing, with the round gauge letting the setter verify the pressure at a glance.
Regulate the low-pressure branch of a packaging line that runs sealing bars or gentle actuation at reduced pressure, dropping from the 1.0 MPa (145 psi) main header to the working pressure the machine needs.
Start with the port and size: this unit is size 200 with a 1/4 in NPT port, the smallest step in the GR range - step up to GR300/400/600 if your line needs larger ports and more flow. Because this is the L (low-pressure) type, it regulates up to 0.4 MPa; if your setpoint sits above that, choose a standard GR instead. The fitted round gauge reads in bar; MPa and psi scales and a square gauge are the other catalogue options. Thread is NPT here, with PT (standard) and G also available to order, and the mounting bracket is included - GR also panel-mounts.
One honest note on sizing: AirTAC publishes regulator flow as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a flow figure here. Tell us your application and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes regulator flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not state a flow number here. Tell us your line pressure, setpoint and downstream demand, and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet on request before you order.
The L in the code marks the low-pressure regulator type: it regulates up to 0.4 MPa, which suits circuits that run well below full line pressure. The inlet still accepts up to 1.0 MPa (145 psi). If your setpoint needs to go above 0.4 MPa, choose a standard GR unit instead. The fitted round gauge on this model reads in bar.
