The AirTAC GR20008LJC3T AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator, NPT1/4 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi) with PT1/4" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR20008LJC3T is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator: it does one job, holding a stable downstream air pressure from a compressed-air supply. This unit is the low-pressure type, so its adjustment range tops out at 0.4 MPa, and it is built in size GR200 with a 1/4 in NPT port. It comes fitted with an external round gauge scaled in bar, and because it is a regulator only it has no filter bowl, no drain and no lubricator. The J code means no mounting bracket is supplied; the GR body is also panel-mountable.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, in standard or low-pressure (L) versions, with PT as the standard thread and G (BSPP) or NPT as order options, and with or without a gauge or bracket. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

| Series | GR200 pressure regulator |
| Port size | PT1/4" (NPT thread) |
| Regulating range | 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi) |
| Pressure type | Low-pressure type |
| Bracket | Supplied without bracket |
| Fluid | Compressed air |
|---|---|
| Max. working pressure | 1.0 MPa (145 psi) |
| Temperature range | -20 to +70 °C |
| Pressure gauge | Fitted — round, bar scale |
| Reflux valve | Not fitted |
| Mounting | Panel mounting; optional fixing bracket |
Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR200 | G-series pressure regulator, 200 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 08 | Port size PT1/4". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| L | Low-pressure type — 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set a gentle, stable holding pressure for pneumatic clamps or soft-jaw fixtures that must not crush delicate workpieces, with the bar gauge giving the operator a clear setpoint readout at the machine.
Feed positioners and pilot-operated valves that are rated for modest supply pressures, using the regulator to hold the pilot line steady so valve actuation stays repeatable through the shift.
Give test benches and lab apparatus a controlled low-pressure air feed, with the panel-mountable body and bar-scaled gauge letting the technician set and verify pressure for each experiment.
Start with the port step: size GR200 with a 1/4 in port suits lighter air lines, and stepping up through GR300, GR400 and GR600 gives larger ports and more flow capacity - match the size to the air demand of the circuit. Choose the low-pressure (L) type only where your setpoint stays at or below 0.4 MPa; the standard GR covers 0.05-0.9 MPa. This unit carries a round gauge scaled in bar; square embedded gauges and MPa or psi scales are also available in the family. Thread is NPT here, with PT as the standard and G (BSPP) as an order option. Bracket J means no mounting bracket - order one if you want the unit secured off the pipe. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes regulator flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number. Tell us your line pressure, setpoint and the air demand of your equipment, and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet on request before you order.
The L code in GR20008LJC3T marks the low-pressure type: its adjustment range tops out at 0.4 MPa. It suits circuits that must never see high pressure. If you need setpoints up to 0.9 MPa, choose the standard GR version instead - the L type is not interchangeable for that duty.
