The AirTAC GR30008C1TK AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator NPT1/4 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1/4" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR30008C1TK is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator: it does one job, holding a stable downstream pressure from a compressed-air supply, and nothing else - no filter, no bowl and no lubrication. This GR300 size is configured with 1/4 in NPT ports, a standard regulation range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and an operating temperature of -20 to 70 C, the widest temperature window in the G family. The C1 code adds an external round gauge with an MPa scale, the K code fits a reverse (check) valve, and the bracket is included; GR units can also be panel-mounted.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port options from 1/8 to 1 in, gauge and scale choices, a low-pressure type, and a reverse-valve option. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application on request.

| Pressure type | Standard type |
| Bracket | Fixing bracket included |
| Fluid | Compressed air |
|---|---|
| Max. working pressure | 1.0 MPa (145 psi) |
| Temperature range | -20 to +70 °C |
| Pressure gauge | Fitted — round, MPa scale |
| Reflux valve | Fitted (reverse flow permitted) |
| Mounting | Panel mounting; optional fixing bracket |
Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR300 | G-series pressure regulator, 300 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 08 | Port size PT1/4". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set a steady downstream pressure feeding the tool-changer and clamping circuits on a machining centre, with the check valve holding the setting against upstream dips.
Regulate the supply to filler and capper air cylinders on a bottling line, where a stable 1/4-in drop pressure keeps stroke timing consistent across shifts.
Trim the atomizing-air setpoint at an individual spray booth, reading the setpoint directly off the round MPa gauge at the gun supply.
Pick the GR size by the port and flow step your line needs: 200, 300, 400 or 600, with larger sizes carrying larger ports and more flow. For this unit the 300 size with 1/4 in NPT ports suits compact machine supply drops. Choose the gauge scale you read on site - MPa, psi or bar - and decide whether the standard 0.05-0.9 MPa range covers your setpoint, or whether the low-pressure (L) type, limited to 0.4 MPa, is the better match. Specify the K code when backflow through the regulator must be prevented, and PT, G or NPT thread to match your piping standard; the bracket is included and panel mounting is available.
One honest note before ordering: regulator flow is published as curves, not a single rated number, so ask us to confirm sizing against your actual air demand before you commit.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes regulator flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one SCFM or l/min number we can honestly quote. Tell us your line pressure, setpoint and air demand, and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curves on request.
C is the external round pressure gauge, 1 sets its scale to MPa, T specifies NPT thread on the 1/4 in ports, and K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted. The bracket is included as standard, and the unit is also panel-mountable.
