The AirTAC GR30008JC2TK AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator NPT1/4 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1/4" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The AirTAC GR300 is a compressed-air pressure regulator: it holds a steady, adjustable downstream pressure from an upstream line that varies. This configuration, GR30008JC2TK, is the size-300 body with a 1/4 in NPT port, a round pressure gauge fitted on a psi scale, and a reverse (check) valve fitted so downstream pressure is held if the upstream supply is lost. The J code means no mounting bracket is supplied; the GR body is also panel-mountable. As a pure regulator it contains no filter and no bowl - pair it with a GF filter upstream if the air needs cleaning.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, a low-pressure type (L) option, and G (BSPP), NPT or PT thread options. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the standard regulation range is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi). Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing figures from the datasheet for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR300 | G-series pressure regulator, 300 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 08 | Port size PT1/4". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set and hold a repeatable clamping pressure on a bench or C-frame pneumatic press, with the check valve keeping the set pressure stable if the shop-air supply dips mid-cycle.
Feed carton sealers, case erectors and divertor cylinders on a packaging conveyor with regulated air at the pressure the machine builder specifies, read directly off the fitted psi gauge.
Take a 1/4 in drop off a factory air main and regulate it before it reaches local tooling, gauges or instrumentation, with the psi-scale gauge giving operators a visible setpoint.
Start with the port step: size 300 with a 1/4 in NPT port suits lines where the required air delivery sits in that port class - step up to size 400 or 600 if your demand is heavier, since flow scales with size. This unit is the standard (not low-pressure) type, covering the full 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) adjustment range; the L type caps at 0.4 MPa if your process runs lower. The round gauge here reads in psi; MPa and bar scales are orderable. The fitted check valve (K) is worth specifying when a dropped upstream supply must not dump your set pressure. Thread is NPT on this unit - PT is the catalogue standard and G (BSPP) is also available as an order option. No bracket is included with the J code, but the body can be panel-mounted. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your demand figure and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR-series flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated number. Send us your application's air demand and operating pressure and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curves before you order.
J means no mounting bracket is supplied (the body is still panel-mountable); C means an external round gauge is fitted; 2 means the gauge scale is psi; T means the thread is NPT (PT is the standard and G/BSPP is an order option); K means a reverse/check valve is fitted to hold downstream pressure if the upstream supply is lost.
