The AirTAC GR30010C2GK AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator G3/8 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT3/8" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The AirTAC GR30010C2GK is a genuine AirTAC air pressure regulator in the GR300 size, decodes to a G3/8 (BSPP) port with G thread, and does one job only: holding a steady downstream air pressure from a variable supply. It is the standard type with a regulation range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and an operating temperature of -20 to 70 C, the widest temperature window in the G family. This configuration is fitted with an external round gauge on the psi scale, a reverse/check valve (code K) that holds the downstream setting when upstream pressure is lost, and a mounting bracket; GR units are also panel-mountable. As a pure regulator it contains no filter, no drain bowl and no lubricator.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8" to 1", and options include low-pressure type, gauge scale in MPa, psi or bar, embedded square or external round gauges, a reverse/check valve, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow for this regulator is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures against your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR300 | G-series pressure regulator, 300 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| G | G (BSPP) thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set and hold the clamping pressure on a pneumatic press or fixture circuit; the check valve keeps the setpoint stable if shop-air pressure dips mid-cycle.
Regulate the supply to cylinders and actuators on a packaging line, with the psi gauge giving operators a direct local readout of the working pressure.
Feed a steady pilot pressure to positioners and pilot-operated process valves on a plant skid, panel-mounted next to the valve manifold.
Start with the port step: this unit is GR300 with a G3/8 port, one step up from the 1/4" GR200 class - pick the size whose flow curve covers your air demand with margin, and we will confirm the curve figures before you order. Regulation range is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi); if your setpoint sits at the low end, the low-pressure (L) type, rated up to 0.4 MPa, is the alternative to check. The fitted round gauge reads in psi; square-embedded gauges and MPa or bar scales are available if you prefer a different readout. The reverse/check valve (K) is worth specifying wherever a momentary supply drop must not disturb the downstream setting. Thread is G (BSPP) on this unit; PT is the standard and NPT is an order option, so match the thread to your fittings, not to delivery convenience. A mounting bracket is included, and the GR300 can also be panel-mounted.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes regulator flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the GR300 flow-curve figures from the datasheet on request before you order.
K marks a fitted reverse/check valve. If upstream pressure fails, the valve holds the downstream setting instead of letting it bleed away - useful on clamping or pilot circuits where a pressure loss would interrupt the process. This unit also carries C2: an external round gauge reading in psi.
