The AirTAC GR30010JC2K AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator, PT3/8 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT3/8" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR30010JC2K is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator: it does one job, holding a stable downstream pressure from a compressed-air supply, and it carries no filter element and no bowl. This 300-size unit is set up with a PT3/8 (3/8 in) port in standard PT thread, a 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) adjustment range, an external round pressure gauge reading in psi, and a built-in reverse (check) valve that lets downstream air hold rather than bleed back through the regulator. It is supplied without a mounting bracket, so plan for direct mounting or panel mounting of the GR body.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family spans four sizes (200, 300, 400, 600) with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, gauge and scale choices, a low-pressure type option, and optional reverse valve, so a matching unit exists for most line positions. We do not quote a single rated flow figure because AirTAC publishes flow as curves; ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

| Pressure type | Standard type |
| Bracket | Supplied without bracket |
| Fluid | Compressed air |
|---|---|
| Max. working pressure | 1.0 MPa (145 psi) |
| Temperature range | -20 to +70 °C |
| Pressure gauge | Fitted — round, psi scale |
| Reflux valve | Fitted (reverse flow permitted) |
| Mounting | Panel mounting; optional fixing bracket |
Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR300 | G-series pressure regulator, 300 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set a stable working pressure for a bench or C-frame pneumatic press so each stroke clamps consistently; the psi gauge gives the operator a direct readout and the check valve holds the set pressure if upstream supply dips.
Regulate the supply to sealing jaws and vacuum generators on a packaging line, keeping actuator speeds repeatable across a shift; the 3/8 in PT port suits the machine's main drop.
Feed a solenoid-valve manifold on an automation cell at a fixed reduced pressure, protecting downstream cylinders and tubing from supply-line surges while the round gauge lets technicians verify the setpoint.
Size and port are the first decision: 200 through 600 step up in both port size and flow capacity, so pick the step that matches your line's air demand and pipe size - this unit sits at 300 with a PT3/8 port. Set the adjustment range you need: the standard GR covers 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), while the L-coded low-pressure type tops out at 0.4 MPa. Choose your gauge: this configuration has the external round gauge in psi; square embedded gauges and MPa or bar scales are available. Decide on the reverse (check) valve - fitted here - if downstream pressure must be held when upstream supply drops. Thread is PT as standard; G (BSPP) and NPT are order options. Bracket: this unit is ordered without one, and the GR is also panel-mountable.
One honest note before you order: flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your application's air demand and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you commit.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes regulator flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number. Send us your application's air demand and line conditions and we will confirm the datasheet flow curves and check the 300 size against your requirement before you order.
The K code means a reverse (check) valve is fitted, so downstream pressure is held instead of bleeding back through the regulator when upstream supply is lost. The C2 in the code means the external round gauge is fitted and reads in psi; MPa and bar scales are available as order options if you prefer.
