The AirTAC GR30010JF3T AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator NPT3/8 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT3/8" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR30010JF3T is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator for compressed air only. It reduces and holds a stable downstream pressure adjustable from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), with a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi). This unit is built in the 300 size with a 3/8 in NPT port, and the F3 suffix means it carries the embedded square gauge with a bar scale. The J suffix means no mounting bracket is fitted; as a GR unit it is also panel-mountable. Operating temperature is -20 to 70 C, wider than the rest of the G family.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR series is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, in PT (standard), G (BSPP) or NPT thread, with embedded square or optional external round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, a low-pressure type option, and an optional reverse/check valve. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR300 | G-series pressure regulator, 300 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set a steady downstream pressure ahead of the machine's pneumatic valves and clamps so tool-change and workholding cycles see consistent air regardless of shop-header swings.
Feed carton sealers and case packers from a regulated branch so cylinders and grippers run at the pressure the machine builder specified, isolated from upstream fluctuations.
Drop a regulator at each bench on the assembly floor so air drivers, clamps and test fixtures get their own set point instead of sharing one uncontrolled header.
Choose the GR size by the port step and the flow your line needs: 200 through 600 cover 1/8 in to 1 in ports, and larger sizes carry more flow. Set the downstream pressure anywhere in the 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) range; if your circuit runs low, the L low-pressure type caps at 0.4 MPa. Pick the gauge scale you read on site - MPa, psi or bar - and the embedded square or optional external round gauge. Thread is PT as standard; G (BSPP) and NPT are catalogue options to order, as on this NPT unit. Brackets are optional, and GR is also panel-mountable.
Flow for the GR series is published as curves, not a single rated number, so we do not quote a rated flow figure. Send us your application and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet curves before you order.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR-series flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM number. Tell us your application and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet curves on request before you order.
F3 means the embedded square pressure gauge is fitted with a bar scale (MPa, psi and bar scales are available). The trailing T means this unit has an NPT 3/8 in port; PT is the AirTAC standard thread and G (BSPP) is also a catalogue option to order.
