The AirTAC GR30010LC2TK AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator NPT3/8 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi) with PT3/8" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR30010LC2TK is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator: it does one job, holding a stable downstream pressure from a compressed-air supply. This 300-size unit carries an NPT3/8 (3/8 in) port with NPT thread, and it is the low-pressure type, so its regulation range tops out at 0.4 MPa - suited to circuits that must never see full line pressure. A round external gauge on the psi scale is fitted for direct reading, and the K option adds a reverse (check) valve so downstream pressure is held if the upstream side drops. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -20 to 70 C, wider than the rest of the G family.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR line spans 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with port options from 1/8 in to 1 in, standard or low-pressure regulation, gauge scale choices, an optional reverse valve and bracket options, and PT, G or NPT threads to order. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm the datasheet and sizing figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR300 | G-series pressure regulator, 300 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| L | Low-pressure type — 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Dropping a 3/8 in spray line to a gentle, steady working pressure where a full-range regulator would allow far too much. The psi gauge gives the operator a direct read, and the check valve keeps the line from dumping back if upstream supply dips.
Bench setups that feed instruments or test rigs needing a mild, stable supply pressure well below shop-air line pressure. The low-pressure regulation ceiling acts as a built-in safeguard, and panel mounting keeps the regulator fixed at the station.
Glue heads, sealing bars and tamping cylinders on packaging lines that specify a soft regulated supply. The reverse valve holds the set pressure through upstream fluctuations so the cycle stays repeatable across a shift.
Start with the port step: 300 size in 3/8 in suits lines where the pipe run is 3/8 in, and moving up a size buys more flow capacity through the same function. This unit is the L low-pressure type with a regulation ceiling of 0.4 MPa - if your circuit needs the full 0.05-0.9 MPa range, choose a standard GR instead. The fitted round gauge reads in psi; MPa and bar scales are alternatives. Thread is NPT here, with PT as the standard and G also orderable. The K code means a reverse (check) valve is fitted, and a mounting bracket is included, with panel mounting also possible on GR.
One honest note before you order: flow is published as curves, not a single rated number, so there is no one Cv or l/min figure to quote. Ask us to confirm sizing against your application from the datasheet before you commit.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR-series flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so there is no one Cv or l/min number we can honestly state. Tell us your application and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curves on request before you order.
L marks the low-pressure type: its regulation range tops out at 0.4 MPa instead of the standard GR range. It is the right choice for circuits that must be limited to a gentle supply pressure; if you need up to 0.9 MPa, order a standard (non-L) GR instead.
