The AirTAC GR30010LF3TK AirTAC Air Regulator 3/8in NPT Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi) with PT3/8" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The AirTAC GR30010LF3TK is a low-pressure air pressure regulator in the GR300 series, built to hold a steady downstream pressure in compressed-air circuits that run at reduced setpoints. This configuration is decoded with a 3/8 in NPT port, a low-pressure regulating type (up to 0.4 MPa), an embedded square gauge scaled in bar, a reverse (check) valve fitted, and a mounting bracket included. Because it is a GR unit, it does regulation only: there is no filter, no drain bowl and no lubricator in this family.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR line spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and options include standard or low-pressure regulating types, square or external round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, a reverse/check valve, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm the datasheet and sizing figures on request.
| Model | GR30010LF3TK AirTAC Air Regulator 3/8in NPT Low-Pressure |
|---|---|
| Series | GR300 pressure regulator |
| Port size | PT3/8" (NPT thread) |
| Regulating range | 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi) |
| Pressure type | Low-pressure type |
| Bracket | Fixing bracket included |
| Fluid | Compressed air |
|---|---|
| Max. working pressure | 1.0 MPa (145 psi) |
| Temperature range | -20 to +70 °C |
| Pressure gauge | Fitted — square, bar scale |
| Reflux valve | Fitted (reverse flow permitted) |
| Mounting | Panel mounting; optional fixing bracket |
Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR300 | G-series pressure regulator, 300 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| L | Low-pressure type — 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Holds a reduced, steady supply pressure to pneumatic clamps and hold-downs on a carton-sealing line, where full line pressure would be too high for the actuator and product.
Regulates the air feeding a benchtop spray or dip-coating station, keeping the delivery pressure low and stable so the finish stays consistent across a shift.
Supplies low-pressure air to pusher and diverter cylinders on a bottling conveyor, protecting lightweight containers and sensitive tooling from over-pressure.
Start with the size and port: GR300 with a 3/8 in port sits mid-range in the GR line, and the right step depends on the flow your circuit needs - we can check the published flow curves against your application before you order. This unit is the L low-pressure type, so choose it when your setpoint stays at or below 0.4 MPa; the standard GR type covers the wider range. The square gauge here is scaled in bar, and MPa or psi scales are available as codes. Thread options are PT (standard), G and NPT - this code is NPT. A reverse/check valve is fitted in this configuration, and a bracket is included; GR is also panel-mountable.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR flow as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a flow figure. Send us your line pressure, set pressure and expected air demand, and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curves on request before you order.
The L in the code marks the low-pressure regulating type, which covers setpoints up to 0.4 MPa instead of the wider standard range. Choose it when your process runs at reduced pressure; the standard GR type is the alternative when you need the full adjustment range.
