The AirTAC GR30010LJC2TK AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator NPT3/8 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi) with PT3/8" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR30010LJC2TK is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator: it does one job, holding downstream pressure steady on a compressed-air line. This is the low-pressure type, so its adjustment range tops out at 0.4 MPa, and it is built on the 300 size with a 3/8 in NPT port. The unit is supplied with an external round gauge scaled in psi, and the K in the code means a reverse (check) valve is fitted, so air will not back-flow through the regulator when upstream pressure falls. The J code means no mounting bracket is included, but the GR body is panel-mountable.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family spans the 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with 1/8 in to 1 in ports, standard or low-pressure regulation, gauge and scale choices, PT, G or NPT threads, bracket or no bracket, and an optional reverse valve. Flow figures for this regulator are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures against your application.

| Fluid | Compressed air |
|---|---|
| Max. working pressure | 1.0 MPa (145 psi) |

| Mounting | Panel mounting; optional fixing bracket |
Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR300 | G-series pressure regulator, 300 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| L | Low-pressure type — 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set a stable reduced pressure for atomizing air on a paint spray booth line, with the psi gauge giving a direct reading at the setpoint and the check valve holding the setting if supply pressure dips.
Supply gentle, closely held air pressure to the sealing and tucking cylinders of a bag or film wrapper, where full line pressure would crush the product and a 0.4 MPa ceiling is exactly the working band.
Regulate low holding pressure for the soft-touch clamps on a PCB or connector assembly fixture, protecting delicate components while the round psi gauge lets operators verify the set value.
Start with the port step: the 300 size carries 3/8 in ports, and flow demand should be matched to the size curve rather than the port alone. Choose the low-pressure type (this unit, up to 0.4 MPa) when the circuit runs at reduced pressure; choose the standard GR (up to 0.9 MPa) for general supply lines. Decide on the gauge: embedded square or external round, scaled in MPa, psi or bar; this unit has a round psi gauge. Pick the thread - PT is the standard, G (BSPP) and NPT are order options, and this unit is NPT. Add the K option if back-flow protection is wanted, and the bracket option if you need panel or surface mounting rather than in-line piping.
One honest note on sizing: AirTAC publishes GR flow as curves, not a single rated figure, so we cannot quote a number here. Tell us your flow and pressure condition and we will confirm the correct size from the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR regulator flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so there is no honest one-number answer we can print. Send us your required flow and upstream/downstream pressures and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet curves before you order.
The L in the code marks the low-pressure type: its adjustment range tops out at 0.4 MPa instead of the standard GR range up to 0.9 MPa. Choose it for circuits that run at reduced pressure; if your line needs up to 0.9 MPa regulation, order the standard type instead. This unit also carries a reverse (check) valve (K) and a round gauge scaled in psi.
