The AirTAC GR30010LJF1TK AirTAC Regulator NPT3/8 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi) with PT3/8" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR30010LJF1TK is an AirTAC GR-series pressure regulator: it does one job, holding a stable downstream air pressure from a variable supply. This is the low-pressure type, set anywhere up to 0.4 MPa, in the 300 size with a 3/8 in NPT port. It arrives with the embedded square gauge fitted (MPa scale) so the setting is visible at the unit, and with a reverse/check valve fitted so downstream pressure is held if the upstream supply drops. No mounting bracket is included; GR bodies can also be panel-mounted.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, in standard and low-pressure types, with gauge, thread (PT standard; G and NPT as order options) and bracket choices. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR300 | G-series pressure regulator, 300 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| L | Low-pressure type — 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Packaging and converting machines that mist or bead adhesive at low pressure need a steady, low set point. This low-pressure GR holds the regulated supply to the applicator heads, with the MPa gauge showing the setting at the machine.
Fixture clamps that must not see full line pressure are fed through this regulator. The fitted check valve holds clamp pressure if the main supply dips, so parts stay secured mid-cycle.
Textile, printing and plastics machines use low-pressure air knives and jets for cleaning or cooling webs and parts. This 3/8 in NPT regulator lets operators dial the jet pressure down and read it on the square gauge.
Start with the port step: this unit is 300 size at 3/8 in NPT; step up to 400/600 or down to 200 if your line runs larger or smaller piping. The low-pressure (L) type regulates up to 0.4 MPa - if your process needs higher set points, choose the standard GR type instead. Gauge scale can be MPa, psi or bar, and an external round gauge is available in place of the embedded square one. Thread is PT as standard; G (BSPP) and NPT are catalogue options to order. Brackets are optional, and GR also panel-mounts. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR flow as performance curves rather than a single rated number, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM figure. Tell us your supply pressure, set pressure and required air consumption, and we will confirm the datasheet curve and sizing for your application on request.
The L in the code marks the low-pressure regulator type, which regulates set points up to 0.4 MPa - suited to circuits that must never see full line pressure. The K in the code means a reverse/check valve is fitted, so downstream pressure is held if the upstream supply is lost. The square gauge fitted on this unit reads in MPa.
