The AirTAC GR30015F1T AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator NPT1/2 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1/2" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR30015F1T is an AirTAC GR300 series air pressure regulator for compressed air, built purely for downstream pressure regulation - no filter, no bowl, no lubrication. This unit is decodes to a 1/2 in NPT port, standard pressure type, with an adjustment range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) and a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi). A square pressure gauge with MPa scale is fitted as standard, and the trailing T in the code specifies NPT thread. Operating temperature is -20 to 70 C, wider than the rest of the G family. A mounting bracket is included, and the GR series is also panel-mountable.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR regulator family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and options include G (BSPP) or NPT thread in place of the PT standard, psi or bar gauge scales, an external round gauge, a low-pressure type (up to 0.4 MPa), a reverse/check valve, and a no-gauge version. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure - ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| 15 | Port size PT1/2". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set a stable, repeatable working pressure to a 1/2 in-fed pneumatic press cylinder so forming and staking operations run at a consistent setpoint shift after shift.
Regulate the pressure feeding sealing jaws and clamp actuators on a cartoning or wrapping line, protecting downstream valves and cylinders from supply swings.
Trim the pressure to an end-of-arm gripper circuit so delicate parts are held firmly without over-clamping, with the MPa gauge giving a clear setpoint reference.
Size your GR300 by stepping port size against required flow: 200 (1/8-1/4 in), 300 (3/8-1/2 in), 400 (3/4 in) and 600 (1 in), with larger sizes carrying more flow at lower pressure loss. Choose thread to match your piping - PT is the standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options (this unit is NPT). Pick the gauge scale you want to read: MPa (fitted here), psi or bar, embedded square or optional external round. If your set pressure never exceeds 0.4 MPa, the L low-pressure type is available; add K if a reverse/check valve is needed. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes regulator flow as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a l/min, SCFM or Cv number. Send us your line pressure, set pressure and expected demand and we will confirm the datasheet curve figures for your application on request.
F is the square gauge option, 1 sets the gauge scale to MPa, and T specifies NPT thread instead of the PT standard. The GR30015F1T therefore arrives as a 1/2 in NPT-port GR300 regulator with an embedded square MPa gauge fitted; psi (2) and bar (3) scales and an external round gauge are available as order options.
