The AirTAC GR30015F3TK AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator NPT1/2 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1/2" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR30015F3TK is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator: it does one job, holding a stable downstream pressure from a compressed-air supply, and it carries no filter, bowl or lubricator. This 300-size unit is configured with a 1/2 in NPT port, a standard regulation range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), an embedded square gauge reading in bar, and a built-in reverse/check valve that holds the downstream setting if the upstream supply is lost. A mounting bracket is included, and the body is also panel-mountable.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, optional G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard, a low-pressure type limited to 0.4 MPa, gauge scale choices of MPa, psi or bar, and an optional external round gauge. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 15 | Port size PT1/2". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Sets and holds a repeatable working pressure to a pneumatic clamping cylinder on a machining fixture, so clamp force stays consistent from cycle to cycle; the check valve holds the setting if shop air dips.
Regulates the air feeding sealing jaws and pusher cylinders on a packaging line, keeping actuator speeds predictable as the main header pressure wanders through the shift.
Drops header pressure to the correct working level at an individual air drop serving spray equipment or air tools in a finishing booth, with the bar-scale gauge giving operators a clear local setpoint.
Pick the GR size by the port and flow your line needs: 200 for 1/8-1/4 in ports, 300 for 3/8-1/2 in, 400 for 1/2-3/4 in and 600 for 1 in - step up a size when the circuit runs near the top of a port's capacity. Choose the gauge scale to suit your crew (MPa, psi or bar) and decide between the embedded square gauge and the optional external round gauge. This code carries the NPT thread; PT is the standard and G (BSPP) is also orderable, so match the thread to your fittings, not to delivery convenience. Add K if you want the reverse/check valve fitted, as on this unit, and specify the L low-pressure type only if your setpoint never exceeds 0.4 MPa. Because GR flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR regulator flow as performance curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here and will not estimate one. Tell us your inlet pressure, setpoint and expected consumption, and we will confirm the flow figures from the datasheet for this exact 300-size, 1/2 in NPT unit before you order.
K is the AirTAC code for a fitted reverse (check) valve. On this regulator it lets downstream pressure hold at the set point if the upstream supply is interrupted or removed, protecting the circuit from sudden pressure loss. It is an order option on GR regulators; models without the K code do not include it.
