The AirTAC GR30015JC2TK AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator NPT1/2 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1/2" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR30015JC2TK is an AirTAC GR300 series air pressure regulator, a genuine AirTAC part built for one job: holding a stable, adjustable downstream pressure from your compressed-air supply. This configuration is the size 300 body with a 1/2 in NPT thread, fitted with an external round gauge reading in psi, a built-in reverse (check) valve that lets downstream pressure hold when the upstream supply is removed, and no mounting bracket - the unit can also be panel-mounted. The standard regulating range is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) and the maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi).
The GR300 series is the middle of the GR range, which spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with progressively larger ports and flow capacity, and is offered with PT, G (BSPP) or NPT threads, square or round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, a low-pressure type, and an optional reverse valve. As a pure regulator it contains no filter and no bowl. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application before ordering.

| Max. working pressure | 1.0 MPa (145 psi) |
| Temperature range | -20 to +70 °C |

| Mounting | Panel mounting; optional fixing bracket |
Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR300 | G-series pressure regulator, 300 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 15 | Port size PT1/2". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

On a workshop pneumatic press, the GR30015JC2TK sits in the 1/2 in supply line ahead of the clamping cylinders, letting the operator set and hold the clamping pressure in the 0.05-0.9 MPa range while the psi round gauge gives a direct local reading.
On a carton-sealing or wrapping line, this regulator drops plant air to the pressure the box-flap and pusher actuators were designed for, and the built-in check valve keeps the actuators from venting instantly if the upstream supply drops.
On a machine tool with a 1/2 in air branch feeding tool-clamp and chuck-actuation valves, the GR30015JC2TK provides an independently adjustable, gauge-monitored pressure zone, panel-mounted without a bracket next to the machine controls.
Choose the size and port step against the air demand of the circuit: this unit is size 300 with a 1/2 in NPT port, one step up from size 200 and below sizes 400 and 600. Set the working pressure anywhere in the 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) standard range; if your circuit runs at low pressure only, ask about the L low-pressure type (up to 0.4 MPa). Gauge choices are the embedded square gauge or an external round gauge, in MPa, psi or bar scales - this unit carries the round psi gauge. The K code adds a reverse (check) valve, useful where downstream pressure must be retained on air failure; omit it if not needed. Thread is NPT here, with PT (the standard) and G (BSPP) available to order, and the J code means no bracket is fitted while panel mounting is still possible. Flow for this series is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR-series flow as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Tell us your inlet pressure, set pressure and required flow, and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
The K code means a reverse (check) valve is fitted, so downstream pressure is held if the upstream supply is lost - leave it out by ordering a code without K if you do not need that. The C2 in the code means the external round gauge is fitted reading in psi; the embedded square gauge and MPa or bar scales are the alternative gauge options, and PT or G threads can be ordered instead of this NPT port.
