The AirTAC GR30015JF1TK AirTAC Air Regulator NPT1/2 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1/2" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR30015JF1TK is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator: it does one job, holding a stable downstream pressure from a compressed-air supply, and it carries no filter, bowl or lubricator. This 300-size unit is configured with a 1/2 in NPT port, a 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) adjustment range, an embedded square pressure gauge reading in MPa, and a reverse/check valve (code K) that holds downstream pressure when the upstream supply is removed. The J suffix means no mounting bracket is fitted; the GR body can also be panel-mounted.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and is available in PT (standard), G (BSPP) or NPT thread, with or without gauge, bracket, low-pressure type or reverse valve. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the figures for your application on request.

|---|---|
| Series | GR300 pressure regulator |
| Port size | PT1/2" (NPT thread) |
| Regulating range | 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) |
| Pressure type | Standard type |
| Bracket | Supplied without bracket |
| Fluid | Compressed air |
|---|---|
| Max. working pressure | 1.0 MPa (145 psi) |
| Temperature range | -20 to +70 °C |
| Pressure gauge | Fitted — square, MPa scale |
| Reflux valve | Fitted (reverse flow permitted) |
| Mounting | Panel mounting; optional fixing bracket |
Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR300 | G-series pressure regulator, 300 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 15 | Port size PT1/2". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Feeding a bank of directional valves on a cartoning or wrapping machine, where the check valve holds the downstream setting while the main supply is isolated between shifts.
Setting a steady holding pressure for pneumatic clamps and jigs on a CNC workholding fixture, with the local square gauge giving the operator a direct MPa reading at the point of use.
A 1/2 in branch regulator at an assembly bench, letting each station set its own cylinder pressure independently of the main header, panel-mounted where no bracket is wanted.
Size your GR by the port and flow step: 200 (1/8-1/4 in), 300 (3/8-1/2 in), 400 (3/4 in) and 600 (1 in) - this unit is the 300 size with a 1/2 in NPT port. Choose the gauge scale you want (MPa, psi or bar) and whether you need the reverse/check valve (K) to hold downstream pressure. Thread is PT as standard; G (BSPP) and NPT are ordered options, and this code specifies NPT. A bracket is optional (J = none) and GR is also panel-mountable; an L-suffix low-pressure type exists where set pressure stays at or below 0.4 MPa.
Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your line pressure, set pressure and expected air demand, and we will confirm the flow figures from the datasheet for this 300-size, 1/2 in NPT unit on request.
K means a reverse/check valve is fitted, so downstream pressure is held if the upstream supply drops out. F1 means the embedded square gauge is included and reads in MPa; psi or bar scales are available as options. The J in the code means no mounting bracket is supplied, though the GR body can still be panel-mounted.
