The AirTAC GR30015JF2 AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator PT1/2 Square Gauge is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1/2" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR30015JF2 is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator: it does one job, holding a stable downstream pressure from a compressed-air supply, and it contains no filter, bowl or lubricator. This configuration is the 300 size with a 1/2 in PT port, the standard (non low-pressure) regulator type, an embedded square pressure gauge scaled in psi, and no mounting bracket fitted. The GR body is also panel-mountable, so it can sit on a machine's air-preparation panel without a bracket.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR line spans the 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with port options from 1/8 in to 1 in and PT, G (BSPP) or NPT threads, with gauge and bracket choices to match. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| 15 | Port size PT1/2". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |

| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set a repeatable working pressure for a clamping or light-press circuit on a production machine, with the square psi gauge giving the operator a direct readout at the setpoint.
Feed the cylinder supply on a packaging or conveyor line at a controlled pressure so product handling stays consistent from shift to shift, panel-mounted beside the other air-preparation hardware.
Drop a 1/2 in main air line to a lower, dedicated pressure for one sub-circuit of a machine - actuators, air bearings or tooling - independently of the rest of the plant supply.
Choose the GR size by the port and flow your line needs: the 300 size here carries a 1/2 in PT port, and the larger 400/600 sizes step up in port and flow capacity - we confirm exact flow from the datasheet curves on request. Set the gauge to the scale your crew reads: this unit ships with the embedded square gauge in psi; MPa and bar scales are also available. The thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as orderable options - pick the one that matches your piping, not your delivery schedule. A J-code unit like this one omits the bracket; add one if you need wall or panel mounting, or use the GR's panel-mount capability. If your downstream pressure must stay at or below 0.4 MPa, ask about the low-pressure (L) type; a reverse/check valve (K) can also be fitted to hold downstream pressure when the supply drops. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your application conditions and we will confirm sizing before you order.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes regulator flow as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Tell us your inlet pressure, set pressure and expected air demand, and we will confirm the flow from the GR300 datasheet on request before you order.
The JF2 code specifies the embedded square gauge with a psi scale, which suits US-market panels. The gauge is also available with MPa or bar scales, and an external round gauge is an option - all are catalogue choices, so just specify the scale you want when ordering.
