The AirTAC GR30015JNTK AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator NPT1/2 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1/2" ports, ordered without a gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR30015JNTK is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator: it does one job, holding a stable downstream pressure from a compressed-air supply. This 300-size unit is fitted with a 1/2 in NPT port, carries a standard regulation range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and includes a built-in reverse (check) valve so downstream pressure is retained when the upstream supply is removed. No gauge is fitted in this configuration, and it is supplied without a mounting bracket; the GR body is also panel-mountable.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family spans 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with port options from 1/8 in to 1 in, optional G or NPT thread, low-pressure variants, gauge choices and bracket options. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

| Fluid | Compressed air |
|---|---|
| Max. working pressure | 1.0 MPa (145 psi) |

| Pressure gauge | Not fitted |
| Reflux valve | Fitted (reverse flow permitted) |
| Mounting | Panel mounting; optional fixing bracket |
Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR300 | G-series pressure regulator, 300 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 15 | Port size PT1/2". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| N | No pressure gauge (N). |
| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set a fixed, repeatable downstream pressure feeding a bench or machine-mounted pneumatic press cylinder, with the check valve holding the set pressure if the main supply is shut off mid-cycle.
Drop the regulated pressure to a packaging machine's sealing and clamping circuits, keeping actuator forces consistent as the header pressure in the plant fluctuates through the shift.
Feed positioner and actuator supply lines on a valve panel where the instrument air branch needs its own setpoint, independent of the main plant regulator upstream.
For a GR regulator, the main decodable choices are size and port (200/300/400/600, 1/8 in to 1 in), thread (PT standard, G or NPT to order), gauge (none, embedded square, or external round with MPa, psi or bar scale), bracket, low-pressure type (up to 0.4 MPa) and the reverse/check valve option fitted on this model. This unit is NPT1/2, standard range, check valve fitted, no gauge, no bracket.
Flow for the GR series is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so we cannot quote you one number here. Send us your line conditions and required downstream pressure and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR-series flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not state a Cv, l/min or SCFM number. Tell us your line size, upstream pressure and required downstream pressure and we will confirm the flow figures from the datasheet for this exact model on request.
The code N means no gauge is supplied with this unit. GR regulators can be ordered with an embedded square gauge or an external round gauge, with MPa, psi or bar scales, so if you want a visual setpoint indication, ask us for the gauge-equipped variant of the GR300 in NPT1/2.
