The AirTAC GR30015LJC2K AirTAC Low-Pressure Regulator PT1/2 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi) with PT1/2" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR30015LJC2K is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator: it does one job, holding downstream pressure steady from a compressed-air supply. This 300-size unit is fitted with a 1/2 in PT port, and the L code makes it a low-pressure type with an adjustment range up to 0.4 MPa - the right choice where downstream equipment cannot tolerate full line pressure. It carries a round external gauge reading in psi, an integrated reverse (check) valve so downstream pressure is held if the upstream supply drops, and no mounting bracket; as a GR unit it can also be panel-mounted. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -20 to 70 C, wider than the rest of the G family.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR series is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and options for thread type (PT standard, G and NPT to order), gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar), low-pressure type, check valve and bracket. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR300 | G-series pressure regulator, 300 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 15 | Port size PT1/2". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| L | Low-pressure type — 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set a steady, reduced pressure feeding a bank of directional control valves on a machine, with the check valve holding the manifold pressure if the main supply dips.
Feed low-pressure cylinders and grippers on a packaging line where full shop-air pressure would overstress the actuators, with the psi gauge giving operators a clear setpoint.
Regulate bench air to instruments and test rigs that need a gentle, stable supply well below line pressure, with panel mounting keeping the unit flush to the bench frame.
Start with the port step: the GR series steps through sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, and the 300 size with its 1/2 in PT port should be matched to the pipe bore and the air demand of the circuit - because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering. This unit is the L low-pressure type, limited to 0.4 MPa, so confirm your setpoint sits inside that range; for higher setpoints choose a standard GR. The fitted round gauge reads in psi; MPa and bar scales are the other order options. Thread is PT as standard with G (BSPP) and NPT available as order options. No mounting bracket is fitted with this code, and the K option adds a reverse (check) valve, useful where a sudden supply loss must not dump downstream pressure. GR is also panel-mountable if you prefer that to surface mounting.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes regulator flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Tell us your inlet pressure, setpoint and expected air demand and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet curves before you order.
The L code makes this the low-pressure type, adjustable up to 0.4 MPa instead of the standard range - choose it when downstream equipment must not see higher pressure. The K code means a reverse (check) valve is fitted, so downstream pressure is retained if the upstream supply is lost.
