The AirTAC GR30015LJC2T AirTAC Low-Pressure Regulator NPT1/2 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi) with PT1/2" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR30015LJC2T is an AirTAC GR300 series pressure regulator for compressed air: it reduces and holds a steady downstream pressure, and nothing else - there is no filter, no bowl and no lubricator in this unit. This configuration is the low-pressure type, so its setting range tops out at 0.4 MPa, and it is built for 1/2 in NPT ports. A round pressure gauge scaled in psi is fitted so the set point can be read directly at the unit, and it is supplied without a mounting bracket; the GR body is also panel-mountable.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, in standard and low-pressure types, with embedded square or external round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, and PT, G or NPT threads. We confirm flow and other datasheet figures on request before you order - just ask.

| Max. working pressure | 1.0 MPa (145 psi) |

| Mounting | Panel mounting; optional fixing bracket |
Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR300 | G-series pressure regulator, 300 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 15 | Port size PT1/2". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| L | Low-pressure type — 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Holds a gentle, steady reduced pressure to atomising air and air-knife circuits in a paint or coatings booth, where the process calls for settings well below the standard regulator range.
Provides the low-pressure pilot or actuation air that large diaphragm and pinch valves need, with the fitted psi gauge letting technicians verify the set point during commissioning.
Regulates low-pressure air to blow-off nozzles that clear dust and loose film from cartons on a conveyor line, where full-line pressure would be far more than the job needs.
Start with the port and the pressure you actually need. Size 300 with 1/2 in ports suits lines where the required flow sits in the middle of the GR range; step up to size 400 or 600, or down to 200, if your flow demand points elsewhere - we can check sizing against the published flow curves for you. This unit is the L (low-pressure) type, so choose it when your working set point stays at or below 0.4 MPa; for higher set points use the standard GR type instead. The fitted round gauge reads in psi - MPa or bar scales are alternatives if your operators prefer them.
Thread is NPT here; PT is the catalogue standard and G (BSPP) is also an order option if your pipework differs. If you want the unit panel-mounted rather than pipework-supported, order a bracket variant - this J-coded unit ships without one. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, ask us to confirm the sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow number for this unit. Tell us your line pressure, set pressure and expected air demand, and we will confirm from the datasheet curves whether the GR300 at 1/2 in NPT suits your application before you order.
The L in the code marks the low-pressure type: its adjustment range tops out at 0.4 MPa, wider-range regulation is not part of this variant. If your working pressure needs to go above 0.4 MPa, order the standard GR300 type instead. The fitted round gauge on this unit reads in psi, and MPa or bar scales are available as order options.
