The AirTAC GR30015LJF2K AirTAC Low-Pressure Regulator PT1/2 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi) with PT1/2" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR30015LJF2K is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator: its only job is to hold a steady, reduced downstream pressure from your compressed-air supply. This unit is the low-pressure type, so its adjustment range goes up to 0.4 MPa, and it is built for the 300 size with a PT1/2 (PT thread) port. It is fitted with an embedded square gauge reading in psi, and the K code means a reverse (check) valve is fitted so downstream pressure is held if the upstream supply drops. There is no filter, bowl or drain on this unit - it is regulation only.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family spans the 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, in standard and low-pressure types, with gauge, thread and bracket options to match. Flow for each size is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures against your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR300 | G-series pressure regulator, 300 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 15 | Port size PT1/2". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| L | Low-pressure type — 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

On a test bench or pilot rig where instruments and actuators need a gentle, stable supply well below normal line pressure, this low-pressure regulator holds the reduced setpoint while the psi gauge gives a direct local readout.
Packaging and cartoning machines often run a separate low-pressure circuit for delicate tasks such as bag forming or product holding. This regulator takes the plant supply down to the low setpoint the circuit needs, and the check valve keeps the circuit pressurised if the main supply dips.
Workholding clamps and fixture cylinders that must not crush delicate parts need a controlled, lower clamping pressure. This GR300 regulator sets and holds that pressure at the fixture, with the square psi gauge letting the operator verify the setting at a glance.
Start with the port and size: the 300 size carries a 1/2 in PT port, and the larger the size (200 to 600), the larger the port and the greater the flow capacity - match the size step to your line's flow demand rather than to the pipe alone. Because this is the L (low-pressure) type, choose it where your setpoint sits in the lower part of the range, up to 0.4 MPa; for setpoints up to 0.9 MPa, the standard GR type is the right choice. The square gauge on this unit reads in psi; MPa and bar scales are also available in the catalogue. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options, and the J code means no mounting bracket is fitted - GR units can also be panel-mounted. The K code adds a reverse (check) valve, useful where you want downstream pressure retained on supply loss.
One honest note on sizing: AirTAC publishes regulator flow as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a flow figure here. Send us your line pressure, setpoint and expected air demand, and we will confirm the correct size from the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes regulator flow as characteristic curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a flow number here. Tell us your inlet pressure, setpoint and air demand, and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
L marks the low-pressure type: its regulation range goes up to 0.4 MPa, instead of the standard GR range of 0.05 to 0.9 MPa. Choose this version where your working setpoint sits in the lower pressure band; everything else about the 300 size, PT1/2 port and -20 to 70 C temperature range stays the same.
