The AirTAC GR30015LJF2TK AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator NPT1/2 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi) with PT1/2" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR30015LJF2TK is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator: it does one job, holding downstream pressure steady, and carries no filter, bowl or lubricator. This 300-size unit is built for 1/2 in NPT ports and is the low-pressure type, with an adjustment range up to 0.4 MPa for circuits that must never see full-line pressure. It ships with an embedded square gauge reading in psi, a reverse/check valve fitted to hold the set pressure against upstream loss, and no mounting bracket, so it can be screwed directly into the line or panel-mounted. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -20 to 70 C, wider than the rest of the G family.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR line runs from 200 through 600 sizes with port options from 1/8 to 1 in, a choice of PT, G or NPT thread, standard or low-pressure regulation, gauge scale in MPa, psi or bar, bracket or no bracket, and an optional reverse/check valve. Flow data is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the figures against your application before ordering.

| Pressure type | Low-pressure type |
| Bracket | Supplied without bracket |
| Fluid | Compressed air |
|---|---|
| Max. working pressure | 1.0 MPa (145 psi) |
| Temperature range | -20 to +70 °C |
| Pressure gauge | Fitted — square, psi scale |
| Reflux valve | Fitted (reverse flow permitted) |
| Mounting | Panel mounting; optional fixing bracket |
Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR300 | G-series pressure regulator, 300 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 15 | Port size PT1/2". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| L | Low-pressure type — 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Holds a reduced, stable supply pressure to the pneumatic valves and actuators on a carton-sealing or wrapping station, with the check valve keeping the setting steady through upstream dips.
Sets and holds a limited clamping pressure on fixture cylinders at a CNC or drilling machine, so soft or thin-walled parts are held without over-clamping.
Regulates the atomising-air supply to spray guns or coating heads at a modest, repeatable pressure, with the psi gauge giving the operator a direct readout at the booth.
Size and port are the first choice: 200, 300, 400 and 600 step up in port and flow capacity, so match the 300 size and its 1/2 in connection to the line you are regulating. Then set the regulation type: this L-code unit is the low-pressure type, adjusting up to 0.4 MPa, while the standard GR covers 0.05-0.9 MPa - pick the one whose range brackets your setpoint. Remaining decodable choices are the gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar), the thread (PT is the standard, G and NPT are order options), whether a bracket is fitted, and whether the reverse/check valve is included, as it is here.
Flow is published only as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we cannot quote you a number from the code alone. Send us your application and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curves before you order.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes regulator flow only as characteristic curves, not as a single rated figure, so there is no one number we can quote from the model code. Send us your line size and application and we will confirm the flow figures from the datasheet curves on request before you order.
L marks the low-pressure regulator type: its adjustment range goes up to 0.4 MPa, for circuits that must be set well below full line pressure. A standard GR (no L) adjusts from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa. Both share the same 1.0 MPa maximum inlet pressure; choose the type whose range covers your setpoint.
