The AirTAC GR400-10 AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator, 3/8 in, PT is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT3/8" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR400-10 is a genuine AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator for compressed air, built for downstream pressure control only: it regulates, it does not filter water or particulate and it does not lubricate. This 400-size unit is decodes to a 3/8 in PT port, the standard thread for the series, with G (BSPP) and NPT available as order options. It carries an embedded square gauge reading in psi (MPa and bar scales are also available), a fitted reverse/check valve so downstream pressure is held if the upstream supply drops, and is supplied without a mounting bracket - the GR body is also panel-mountable.
This is a genuine AirTAC part from the GR400 series, one of four sizes (200/300/400/600) that step up in port size and flow capacity. The regulator adjusts from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) with a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and operates from -20 to 70 C, a wider temperature window than the rest of the G family. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set a stable, reduced pressure to a bench pneumatic press or clamping cylinder so the tooling cycle runs at the pressure the die was set up for, with the check valve holding the setting if the shop supply dips.
Feed a packaging machine's vacuum generators and sealing cylinders from a zone regulated independently of the main header, so carton sealing and case erecting stations each get their own set pressure.
Regulate the air feeding conveyor-line pop-up stops, diverters and cleaning nozzles, keeping actuation pressure below the header pressure so components last and product handling stays gentle.
Start with the port step: GR comes in 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes, and the 400 size with its 3/8 in PT port should be matched to the line size and the flow your circuit actually needs - because flow is published as curves, not a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against the application before ordering. Set the downstream pressure anywhere in the 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) adjustment range; the standard type covers this fully, while a low-pressure type (code L) limited to 0.4 MPa exists if your process runs lower. This unit ships with the square gauge in psi; MPa and bar scales, or an external round gauge, are selectable at order time. The fitted reverse/check valve (code K) holds downstream pressure on supply loss - omit it if you prefer free reverse flow. Thread is PT as standard with G and NPT as order options, and the no-bracket configuration suits panel mounting; a bracket-included version is available if you mount to a surface.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes regulator flow as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Tell us your inlet pressure, set pressure and required flow, and we will confirm the sizing from the GR400 datasheet on request before you order.
K is the reverse/check valve position: this unit is fitted with one, so air will not flow backwards through the regulator and downstream pressure is held if the upstream supply is lost. Without the K code the regulator allows free reverse flow. The J in the code means no mounting bracket is included, and F2 means the square gauge reads in psi.
