The AirTAC GR400-10C2K AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator, PT3/8 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT3/8" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR400-10C2K is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator for compressed air, sized 400 with a PT3/8 (3/8 in) port. It regulates downstream pressure across a 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) adjustment range with a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and operates from -20 to 70 C - a wider temperature window than the rest of the G family. This configuration is fitted with an external round gauge scaled in psi and a reverse (check) valve, and includes a mounting bracket; the GR body is also panel-mountable.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR line spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, in PT (standard), G (BSPP) or NPT thread, with optional gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar), low-pressure type, reverse valve and bracket choices. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm the datasheet and flow figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set a stable, reduced pressure to the air cylinder of a bench or C-frame press so forming and staking strokes run at a consistent setpoint regardless of shop-air swings.
Feed carton sealers, case erectors and wrap-arm actuators from a regulated 3/8 in drop so jaw and clamp cylinders see the pressure the machine was tuned for.
Regulate the supply to hold-down clamps and diverters on a conveyor line, with the check valve holding the set downstream pressure if the upstream supply drops.
Start with the size and port: GR400 with a 3/8 in port sits in the middle of the 200/300/400/600 range, where larger sizes carry larger ports and higher flow capacity - match the step against your line's air demand. Choose the gauge scale you want (this unit ships with a round psi gauge; MPa and bar scales are alternatives), and add the K reverse/check valve only if the circuit should hold downstream pressure on supply loss. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as orderable options; a bracket is included and the body can also be panel-mounted. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes regulator flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a l/min, m3/h or SCFM number. Send us your line pressure, set pressure and expected air demand and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
In the GR code, C is the optional external round gauge, 2 sets its scale to psi, and K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted so downstream pressure is held if the supply is lost. If you prefer an MPa or bar scale, or no check valve, those are orderable variants of the same GR400-10 regulator.
