The AirTAC GR400-10T AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator NPT 3/8 in is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT3/8" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The AirTAC GR400-10T is an air pressure regulator from the GR series, size 400, with a 3/8 in NPT port. It does one job only: it reduces and holds a stable downstream pressure from a compressed-air supply, adjustable across 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi). This configuration is the standard type, fitted with an external round gauge scaled in bar so operators can read and set the working pressure at a glance, and it is supplied without a mounting bracket. As a regulator it carries no filter, no bowl and no drain, so it is used where the air is already filtered or where regulation is handled separately.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR series spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, in PT (standard), G and NPT threads, with embedded square or external round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, an optional low-pressure type limited to 0.4 MPa, and an optional reverse/check valve. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -20 to 70 C, wider than the rest of the G family. Flow figures are published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm the datasheet and sizing on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Holding a steady set pressure to the pneumatic cylinders on a carton-forming and sealing line, so case erecting and tucking strokes stay consistent shift after shift.
Regulating supply pressure to pick-and-place grippers and clamps on a small-parts assembly cell, where a fixed, repeatable setting prevents parts being crushed or dropped.
Set at a distribution manifold to feed a downstream air-operated valve or actuator branch on a process line at its own controlled pressure, independent of the main header.
Start with the port step: this unit is size 400 with a 3/8 in NPT port; step up to size 600 for larger ports and higher flow, or down to 300/200 for smaller lines. Set the downstream pressure you need against the 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) adjustment range; if your circuit runs below that, the GR low-pressure type (L) covers settings up to 0.4 MPa. Choose the gauge: this version has an external round gauge in bar, while embedded square gauges and MPa or psi scales are also available. Thread is NPT here; PT is the standard thread and G is also a catalogue option to order. A mounting bracket is omitted on this code (J), and the GR body is also panel-mountable; a reverse/check valve can be ordered as the K option. Flow is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR flow as performance curves rather than a single rated number, so we do not quote a l/min, m3/h or SCFM figure. Tell us your inlet pressure, set pressure and expected consumption, and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet on request.
T is the NPT thread option (PT is the standard thread, and G/BSPP is also available to order). C selects the external round gauge instead of the embedded square type, and the 3 sets its scale to bar; MPa and psi scales are the other catalogue choices. J means no mounting bracket is supplied.
